The vehicle was picked up and returned the same day by 3:00pm. No one for UHaul was at the facility but someone from the other auto place was and told us the UHaul employee left early and you are good to leave the keys on the counter. The next morning I got an email stating I was violating the agreement as the vehicle was supposed to be returned the next day. I call immediately to resolve the issue, no one answered the phone. I have called 3 additional times to resolve this issue and make sure they show the vehicle was returned. I have yet to receive a call back. So the equipment was great, the customer service is not. I still do not know if they havew record of us returning the vehicle. I have to assume it is all cleared up, as I haven't gotten an email back, but I would prefer someone to call me and tell me they have the vehicle and all is good. Very poor customer service. As a business owner, it makes me nervous not having confirmation that all is good.
