ALBERT WUhaul was extremely rude. I had to drive 4 hours one way from my home to drop this trailer off. I was not allowed to drop it off locally. I am not a free hotshot driver for Uhaul. Then the drop off location was rude because I didn't leave the trailer where she wanted it because she wasn't even there due to an extended lunch she took. I should have been able to leave the trailer near me instead of driving it 4 freaking hours away. 8 total hours of drive time and $200 worth of fuel to return this trailer. Think I will start using Budget or Pensky.

TANNA MFirst didn't have what I rented, gave me a dirty truck with old blankets laying in the back. And was rude. I just needed a dmfew hrs after 9 drop off time and she said had to be billed for entire day.. so ended up paying for another day

EDWARD MMy pickup experience was horrendous. My reservation was changed FOUR TIMES and I was barely able to secure a truck in time for our move. One of the many pick up locations we were scheduled for ended up being an abandoned lot and there was no one there to help us. Our reservation then changed (YET AGAIN) to another location across town where we eventually got a truck. We were told we would get a 10% discount and we did not. The hassle U-Haul put me through is ridiculous and inexcusable. We were moving across the state and starting new jobs. U-Haul needs to do better in terms of ensuring the truck you RESERVE is actually available when you go to pick it up. The terrible location I am referring to is 3 Monkeys Dumpster Rental in Vidor. We were finally able to get a truck at All Purpose Storage in Orange.

She was very good at her job just not very personable. The lady that received it when I brought it back was very friendly but gave me the jack and I done all of the backing in unhooking and everything by myself and dropped the jack back in the golf cart up front! She didn’t even look at the trailer! But she was friendly ;)

Frankie BI made a reservation for a cargo van a few days in advance. The day of my reservation, I enter the store and was told there is no reservation under my name. I spot the cargo van I had reserved in the parking lot and mentioned if that was the one I had reserved. The representative stated they did not have the keys for the cargo van. I was never notified that my reservation was confirmed or that the location did not have the keys to my rental.

Mike RUnlimited miles, I had only 131 miles and went 17 miles over. It costed me an extra $18.66 it's not a lot but it is when your on a budget. You should do 100 miles a day if you don't want to do unlimited. I had the uhaul for less an 48 hour. P.s. Instructions on how to use the car dolly.

Amy LI rented the truck at noon saturday til noon sunday I did not write the milage down but paid $75 at the time of rental. I went 5 miles from s. bilbo st orange texas 77632 to 2644 farm rd 3247 orange texas a total of 4 times. Now I have a bill saying I went 156 miles that is not possible. Also before I left the yard the gas was written down wrong and I did put gas in it before returning it and got charged another $22 I will never use uhaul again Harrison Machauer

HENRY Phad a wait time for both picking up the keys and dropping off the uhaul. uhaul in itself would not confirm our id and we had to wait 15 mins for a simple call; then upon drop off wanted to charge us hidden fees.

Tim AI scheduled pickup at a location but the location was actually closed on Saturday so they sent me to another location which was also closed. I think for satellite locations you need to have the right information

Gerald GReservations are not honored. A call was placed to the location to verify that the equipment was there and available the day prior to pickup. Apparently someone came in before us wanting the 20’ truck and it was given to them. That’s not a good way to do business.
Tina SThey try to cheat me out of my money they still owe me $128 for the deposit and I never received. Also there was a $20 reservation that was canceled and I never received it back either. I’m still right now as of now, waiting on my deposit, the vehicle was retired in great shape. The gas was put back exactly where it was supposed to be. We cannot get anybody on the phone at the Orange location. She did call one time but try to give me $40 and my deposit on both receipts Also on my states what I’m supposed to get back and they will not call me back. I have not received my money. This is going on the second day now. Can someone please give me a call And have my money returned to me. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Debby DIt was about 15mins from my house but it was the closest location to me. The area where I parked the trailer was muddy and full of pot holes although it was easy to access.
