Thank you Nathan for waiting for us patiently 🙏 Nathan was helpful and very accommodating . The only problem we had was they changed the pick up location for U Haul we usually book it at the same location were our storage unit is but upon going to pick it up she mentioned that we don’t have available U haul in this location so we ended up to going to different location. You can improved your system better via calling or messaging your clients for sudden change. Overall Nathan did a good job 👍.

The staff was great
NEKIA AThe trailer did have a heavy chunk every time you stopped
ERIK HWe went to pickup the truck that was rented online The guy inside met us outside and told us all their systems were down and gave us a 1800 number to complain. I called the 1800 number great person on the phone, she let me know the systems were not down and my reservation was good. We went back to get the truck. The guy was on lunch so we waited when he showed back up. He parked in the back where my husband went to meet him just to ask for the keys as this is everything we needed at this point. He cracked the window and verbally let my husband know that he was in combatant and wasn't getting anything. My daughter went up to the car he never looked nor spoke to her and drove off. He was on the phone with his boss, whom I assume looked everything up and told him to give us the keys. We followed him to the front where he gave us the keys. I us the man instead of his name due to him never introducing himself. From what I experienced he doesn't need to be in customer service. I will not rent from this facility again.
AMANDA ZCustomer service was great, but when I used the uhaulapp, it was the worst experience ever. It said I could return the uhaul early by paying a $20 fee, and had me taking pictures of the inside, outside and odometer reading of the truck even though I paid insurance coverage. After doing all of that waiting over 40 minutes, they refused to open the gate, after hours because the location didn't accommodate it. I should get a discount. I will never again use the uhaul app, it's costly and give wrong info and I don't like it either. The rating above is targeted towards the uhaul app mainly
