Customer service was great. However I was stuck in the middle of the night with the wrong gate code to get in so I could return this truck. This was a horrifying and painful experience. Please don't do your customers like this.

Carla TAt every other location I've been to, they always connect the trailer up. This one didn't even help spot to make it easier to back up since I have no camera. Ratchets were rusty and difficult to turn.
