At every other location I've been to, they always connect the trailer up. This one didn't even help spot to make it easier to back up since I have no camera. Ratchets were rusty and difficult to turn.

DAVID GThank you Nathan for waiting for us patiently 🙏 Nathan was helpful and very accommodating . The only problem we had was they changed the pick up location for U Haul we usually book it at the same location were our storage unit is but upon going to pick it up she mentioned that we don’t have available U haul in this location so we ended up to going to different location. You can improved your system better via calling or messaging your clients for sudden change. Overall Nathan did a good job 👍.
