I can't really rate this location as there was no one there to accept delivery. All I could do was turn in the key and hope for the best. I have no complaint, but no opinion either.

Man had trouble with his phone and had to enter my info three times. I wasn't sure about the price of the trailer I rented until I looked at my card statement. I think it was too much on the price

WILLIAM SI called into & submitted a complaint about the rude unprofessional man at this location. He was mad because I was 30 minutes late for pick up. He was not on site & did not return my calls, until I text him asking him to pick or call me back. Then I got his attitude for being late? Then argued with me about the equipment charged for not being in the truck. He sounds unhappy & chose the wrong business
DEBRA PI used the Car Dolly. It was better than I had expected. It was very easy to use and very Safe and that was mostly what concerned me the most. Price was very reasonable too !

Jon MInitial renter had the vehicle clean and ready but did not provide the furniture pads we rented. Did this part online which was rather tedious. I marked I wouldn’t refer a friend to this location due only to the pads not being provided. If all they were renting was a truck, van, and/or trailer they would be fine.

allan pIt wasn’t a very inviting place, no one was there, and we were kind of worried about that. We did call the number on the door and the gentleman did arrive fairly quickly. The location is very rundown.
Rose CVery helpful, a remote pickup location, was early by 2 hrs. Called contact number and facility manager came in early to assist.
Michael MAllen ( I think that was his name ) was extremely friendly and helpful. He didn’t seem to mind at all when I had to call him early Saturday morning fir assistance. Will definitely recommend this UHaul to friends and family

Greg CThe only reason I said no is because I had to drive about 15 minutes away to get there. Also, by the time we made it back, I spent about close to $300 just on gas and driving 169 miles total. I wish it didn’t cost so much to use U-Haul on a trip that was just an hour away. Other than that, the truck was in great shape and very clean.

David MI would install a Wifi hotspot at this location. There is little to no cell service for customers who utilize Verizon cell towers. Installing a hotspot would allow customers to speed through the pickup and drop off process quicker.

Shane cWhen I got the uhaul the check engine light was on the brakes barely worked squealing every time you press them wiper blades where bad and the roof leaked and got my belongings wet
Billy RI received an invoice by email stating that I have a balance due from a Uhaul that I rented on Saturday 3/18/23 and returned it on Sunday 3/19/23. I returned the truck clean as when I picked it up. The invoice I received is stating that I’m being charged for 3 extra days, it has me returning the truck on 3/22/23. Also there is a cleaning fee on the invoice, when I returned the Uhaul it was clean. I also declined taking out the insurance and on the invoice it has where I’m being charged $70.00.. I have my signed contract where I stated I Did Not want the insurance. I really need someone to call me back ASAP so this can be straightened out and not took off my debit card. I have Bills that are on auto pay and taken out of my bank account. I Do Not want to have any bank fees because of an error made by the Uhaul store that I rented the truck from. Steven WThis is not a walk up location. There is a sign in the door to call the person running the location. Nobody is on site. Nobody checked the truck from the last rental. There was food left in the truck’s rear compartment. The cab was dirty and had beverage spills in it. There was a sticky mess in the cup holders. Mechanical issues truck pulled to the right. The driver door leaked and air would enter the cab from the door frame. Not the window. There was standing water in the cab in the handle. Someone needs to run a check on these vehicles. This location does not.

Drew WI reserved at one location got a confirmation number and then called to make sure they had the trailer I needed and was told it would be waiting for me. The morning I went to pick it up the trailer it was not there they had to call the main office to find the trailer I needed at a different location which was about 10 miles away.

Billy HCell phone service was very poor at this location, which made using the self service on the app extremely difficult. It took 45 minutes to upload 4 pictures when returning the truck. Might help to have a hotspot at this location for customers.

CHAD HYour website for u haul is terrible. Spent 30 minutes trying to get the truck picked up on the website. And when we called and got the call back she hung up on us.

DAVID BThere is a huge flaw in this system. Even though I registered someone else as my driver, none of the texts/emails/instructions went to that person and only came to me, addressed to me. But it was not my information you were looking for at that point. It was pretty confusing and frustrating for both of us to figure out who you were talking to when giving instructions.
