Alan Beckham was very nice. I explained that my pick up location has been switched on me at the last minute & I had to drive further to pick up the truck. That created more milage for me. I asked if I could drop it off at the original location it was supposed to pick up from. He assured me it would be fine with no extra charges to be added. I only had it for 5&1/2 hours & returned it with @a quarter tank more than when I picked it up. You are trying to charge me an extra $199.35 than quote. I have contacted your headquarters & have a reference #. I hope you will not follow through with the unfair charges.

Gerald FThe schedulers in Huntsville AL were awesome trying to help. The Toy Hauler damaged our 2011 Toyota Prius. The young guys especially Hispanic weren’t very nice or helpful. As a important Walmart move and repeat customer this was disappointing
Gerald FWe dropped off the truck at an alternate location (15 minute drive away from original pick up location) I understand adding a fee when we don’t return the truck to the original location. $370?? For an 15 minute drive? I extended my time due to the movers I hired not showing up, and I had to be at work at 5pm and we assumed the fee would be maybe $100-$120 and agreed.
