I rented an auto transporter, as I have done many, many times; I am well familiar with this equipment. The new style single-strap tire bonnet that retains the front wheel is distinctly inferior to the older style tire bonnet. The old style had three bands that gripped the car’s front tire on its inside edge, its center, and its outside edge, so it would not slip off the tire. The new style is a single band, and whenever the trailer hits a bump in the road and causes the car’s front suspension to compress, the band becomes slack enough to slip off the tire. The ‘grip surface’ on the band does nothing to prevent this event. The new style bonnet is a bad idea.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAlan Beckham was very nice. I explained that my pick up location has been switched on me at the last minute & I had to drive further to pick up the truck. That created more milage for me. I asked if I could drop it off at the original location it was supposed to pick up from. He assured me it would be fine with no extra charges to be added. I only had it for 5&1/2 hours & returned it with @a quarter tank more than when I picked it up. You are trying to charge me an extra $199.35 than quote. I have contacted your headquarters & have a reference #. I hope you will not follow through with the unfair charges.

Gerald FThe schedulers in Huntsville AL were awesome trying to help. The Toy Hauler damaged our 2011 Toyota Prius. The young guys especially Hispanic weren’t very nice or helpful. As a important Walmart move and repeat customer this was disappointing
