I couldn't think of anything you can improve, but I want to mention that Sherry, the lady who handled my truck rental, was excellent! I feel you're fortunate to have her on your team.

This location is by FAR the best U-HAUL pickup location I have been to. The 2 guys made me feel at home and like I was pick up my brand new car!!!!!!! Not just to rent a truck for a day or so!!! It was like get something for a lifetime!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that close to this area!!! jOB WELL DONE!! It was customer service at its best, they treated me like they LOVED their job and it wasn’t just a job to them it was truly something they love!!!!!

Tracey FI was stuck on the side of the highway with a broken trailer axle on my jet ski. The guy came and picked me up to bring back to the u haul place and helped me rent a box truck big enough to fit it in the back. He was a life saver that day and I was 4 hours away from home. Definitely will use him again if in the area and need to rent one.

JUSTIN MExcellent customer service. Ron took the time to explain everything in detail. Also he took the time to show us different size trucks as we weren't sure what we needed. We were going on an 8 hour moving trip and Ron called me to see how we were doing and if everything was okay. I would highly recommend this company for uhaul rental. We had a wonderful experience.
