I showed for scheduled pick-up on the app only to get there and was told that my contract didn’t qualify for the 24/7 “check-in” via the app. Come to find out the business had been closed since Friday 5/1 and the onsite trucks had not been checked. I made the reservation on 4/26 and never received any notifications stating my rental wasn’t ready for rental. I did call customer as was able to get into another truck at a different location. The customer service representative was very helpful and accommodating. Great Job on her part! Not so much on U-Haul notifying me of previous mentioned issue.
