Damn good thing they had a jack because I was expecting some help to lift the front of the trailer off the hitch and all that was there was a young woman, whose upper body strength was way less than mine!!

I had a great experience with the H-Haul location! It’s always nice when the service and equipment exceed expectations. The young lady who helped me made such a positive impression—those kinds of interactions can really make a difference. Hopefully, I won’t have to move anytime soon, but when I do, it’s good to know I’ve found a place I can rely on.

The staff at All Secured Storage were great! I was met in the parking lot when I arrived to drop off the truck/trailer and the check in process was immediately completed. The facility is very nice, organized and clean. I would definitely use this location again.

I have rented U Haul equipment from this location several times, and have rented a storage unit from them in the past as well. Everything has always been great, and the staff has ways been a pleasure to deal with as well. 5 stars from me.

Don't charge people for gas that they did not use. I have picture and video evidence of where I left the gas level in the truck and I was still charged. Almost $40 for 2 gallons of gas. And because you guys did that that dipped into my hotel money and now my wife and children are sleeping in my car until I can get that money back from you guys and I need a supervisor to contact me immediately about this problem. I need to be compensated very, very badly.

Lock on box was next to impossible to open, lift gate was literally frozen closed. No ice scraper and I needed one.

I got there at 10 minutes till 5 and they close at 5 but it was already closed. I did not like having to check the truck back in online and take pictures. Maybe it was because of the parade but that’s the only thing that upset me

I made an extra trip to drop off my personal car before the U-Haul so I could return during normal business hours to ensure it was personally checked in. I went out of the way to fill up the truck before dripping off as the location does not have fuel nearby. I based it off the miles-to-empty gauge which seemed accurate during my 600 mile one way trip, and the fuel gauge was hard to read being a digital gauge. When I dropped off the truck, the person behind the counter would not get up to check in the truck personally and blamed it on the dog they had with them. I showed them my pictures of the fuel gauge and made it clear I based it on the miles to empty which was 5 miles over what it had been when I picked up the truck and the gauge looked close to me to where it had been when I picked it up. Without notification, this location charged me for fuel on my card. This easily could have been dealt with if the person had checked me in as was expected during business hours as I could have run and got a couple more gallons of gas if expected. I called the location when I saw the charge on my card, and they then told me and told me I could call U-Haul. I did call U-Haul and they credited me back the charge. I'd steer clear of this location and use the corporate location on Noland.

Convenient, safe, clean, spacious. The online payment system works perfectly, complete with monthly reminders. The facility manager does a great job; friendly, organized, responsive. Simply put, this is the best outdoor storage facility in the KC metro!
