RONALD CClear instructions on car dolly. Newer truck, with comfortable ride. It was a little noisy. They forgot to include blankets I ordered online. The receiving office questioned there wear abouts when I handed the truck I , but don’t believe I was charged

MATTHEW GI had my Service Animal and when I walked there were 2 big dogs in the office without leashes and belonged to the agent behind the counter. I was forced to pick up my service animal and keep pushing the other to overly aggressive dogs away as they continued to be aggressive towards my service animal. The lady agent behind the counter finally called her dogs and got them put away behind the counter. I then went to put my service animal back down on the ground where he belonged and the agent told me not to put him on the ground because then her dogs would “mark” the area after. I informed the agent that he was a service animal and that he belonged on the ground. I then put my service animal on the ground. Then the agent became very rude towards me and had an attitude the whole checkout process. She was huffing and puffing, she didn’t explain anything to me about the rental agreement or anything. She slammed the agreement on the counter and said “sign this”. After I read over it myself I signed it but she had already went outside to get the trailer. So I had to put it over the counter. Then I saw where she was and she yelled at me to back up over by where she was. She didn’t say anything else to me the whole time she was hooking up the trailer until finally she told me to apply my brakes to check the lights. After that she told me in a rude tone that if I drop it off after hours to leave it right here. The whole encounter was just so bad and rude… there was absolutely no customer service. The right thing to have done would have been to apologize to me about her dogs being aggressive towards my service animal and then carry on like I was a normal customer. There was no reason to be rude and throw a tantrum like a child. That’s probably the best way to describe it.
Gregory BEveryone at tjis location are terrific! Price to rent the van was outrageous for the short period of time and travel that I had it. Then I couldn't return the key after hours because the slot was too small. I had to have them dropped off the next day.
DAWN BEverything was great, except the mileage rate of .99 cents per mile. This rate is exceptionally high. I moved some personal items 45 miles, which resulted in $45.00 in charges moving the items and another $45.00 to return the truck. I agreed to this rate, but I didn’t have much choice. The $19.95 truck rental, boldly advertised on the side of the truck, cost $130.00, Beware when you rent!!!! The advertised price means nothing!!!

Maybe she was having a bad day , but as a business owner myself I know I can't let my customers take the brunt of that !! There you have the reason this was absolutely the last time myself or my company will use you guys again .

david dPricing have risen over the past decade beyond any reasonable amount. I have used U-Haul trailers for the past 14 years. In 2024 alone, the price has risen 33% in ONE YEAR.

Nelson MI was charged for a cleaning fee for the truck and I returned it cleaner than what I received the truck, I made a reservation online for a truck and then was sent over 12 miles away to a different town to pick up a different truck then the one I had reserved originally. Many of the people I had to deal with were rude during the process especially at the drop off location.

By the time I got there I was beyond pissed. But the lady behind the counter and the gentlemen who checked us out were extremely nice and helpful

Stephen HHave rented U-Haul trailers a few times from the folks at All Space Storage and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The equipment and the facility are clean and well-maintained.
Larry FTruck has a bad vibration between 45 & 65 and passenger door does not close correctly. When we returned the truck we were told it was in for service before for the same complaints and always returned the same with no repairs stating "could not find the problem". Vibration is bad and could be dangerous if something fails driving at speed. Please fix or retire truck.
