How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was closed when I had to return the truck. I had to park outside of the business about a 1/4 of a mile away because they had so many trucks. U-Haul needs to call the county to get mosquito control out there bc they were swarming and biting us. Then the business charged me for fuel that I did not owe. I got that corrected but it definitely lwft a bad taste in my mouth. Additionally I had to drive 20+ minutes away when there are 2 Uhaul’s within 5 minutes and another which is the main Uhaul for Titusville FL is 10 minutes away. The app SUCKS too. I could not use it to get the truck and could not use it to return it. Don’t have an app if you are not going to maintain it and make sure it works.
