Great costumer service, even offered me a water on a hot day . Love it , it's the little things that count , fast and attentive
William MThe truck was empty of gas so we had to fill it up but they gave us a discount I believe. Crumbs all over the seats but the staff was super friendly and helpful and even gave us free water.

TYLER JWe rented a 15 foot truck upon arrival it was not available. They gave us a larger truck the 20 foot and we were required to pay the higher per mile rate. I do not believe we should have had to pay that amount.
Andrew BMy neighbor card was charged without my approval. I clicked on the contract that I would pay with another card and they charged it anyways. They fail fraud withvthete bank.

CELAYDA PThe U-Haul manager at this location, Troy, is great. We use U-Haul as part of our non-profit organization and we purposely drive a little bit farther to specifically work with Troy. She is so polite and helpful.

DELSON MI’ve rented 5 long haul uhauls and that Ford ran like clockwork. Excellent.
SHELL SThe truck rental process was great. I was able to pick up and drop off the truck with ease. The moving labor help on the other hand left something to be desired. What should have been a 3hr job turned out to be 12 hrs. My whole day. The stress almost broke me. I was continuously abandoned for other jobs. Though I get it is back breaking work and turnover is high, something must be done to make the experience better. I hope that no one else experience what I did to the degree I did. Overall the job got done and I’m grateful.

shawntee kI could not check back in the uhaul because there was a problem with the mileage on the odometer it said. I called and emailed for help but as it was too early and the store was still closed I had no help to resolve my problem. I simply put the keys in the drop box on the store door. I was charged a 5$ fee for some reason which is dumb because it wasn’t my fault it wasn’t working
Kimberly HI booked online at the Decatur location. Went through everything only to be told try a different location I did, got to that location at 11:45 (my reservation got moved up when i had to go through everything again) They were closed for lunch (15 minutes early) and called Uhall. The lady I spoke to was rude, and when i asked for her name, she hung up on me. I got to the 2nd location at one, They did not have a truck to rent me, so i had to go to a third location. People were friendly But I lost 3 hours of time to get done what i needed to get done because of U-hall Screw ups. Not real happy with uHall now.

MARIETTE SI’m not sure I received clear instructions to put the lock back right after getting the key. I may have missed it, if so that means it was not that clear. But loved being able to pick up the truck by myself without standing in line going through all the steps in person.

PAUL WI had to have the truck for an extra day more than originally contracted for. This location opens at 9:00, but I knew from when I picked up the truck, employees are present earlier. I called at 8:45 AM, no answer. I called at 9:00, no answer. I called three more times during the day and left three messages to call me back as instructed by the Voice recording. No one called me back all day. I returned truck next day at 9:00AM, a day late, and it turned out ok, but the reps answer as to why my calls weren't returned were "I didn't work yesterday". Even so, don't you check the messages first thing when you come into work? They should have been Che KRS througout the day and I should have received a call back acknowledging I was returning the truck. All day I stressed over how much a life charge would be or a not calling to let them know few would be. Thankfully, those fees didn't occur, but I would've slept better knowing that info with a simple and timely return call. What good is an answering service if you ignore it and don't call customers back?

ZENEN EWorst rental experience from U -haul in my life. Have rented 10+ times in the oat and this was the most inconvenient and most expensive rental I have had. Will never use U-haul again. $125.00 + gas for 6 hours is ridiculous!
