I did the pre- registration and then they didn't have record of that. There was a lot of confusion over the reservation.

We rented a 15 foot truck upon arrival it was not available. They gave us a larger truck the 20 foot and we were required to pay the higher per mile rate. I do not believe we should have had to pay that amount.
