Was in a hurry so I did not complain about the gas being just below full, thus I filled up at SMITHS across the street, I was either 3 gallons short at pickup or I got 5 miles per gallon. Had to rent a truck twice as big as I wanted. Requested the vehicle for 24 hours but had to return it within 22 hours with no discount or deducted price for the inconvenience. I've always used Uhaul for rentals but will try a different rental company in the future to compare service and prices.Earnest E.

Your moving help was useless. They never showed up for the job. When called, they offered to do the same work for 30% more. Being desperate at that point, I had no choice. Then, they were late again. They ruined my furniture and sent a goon to my house to collect cash. I'm considering filing extortion and assault charges against your moving helpers.Dennis B.

Looked the self serve portal, still had to wait a little bit to get your keys. I wonder if there's a way to make like say the way Little Caesars has the portal you get a PIN number to get your keys. But overall the drop off was as simple as 1,2,3.Janice H.

Missy, who is an All Storage staff member was rude and very disrespectful! I was given the wrong truck and had issues with renting by phone, due to not being able to change the mileage. I went inside All Storage for assistance three times for the same issue. Instead of apologizing for the issue, Missy was rude and told me she â€œcould cancel [my] reservationâ€ and I â€œcould go elsewhereâ€. We had the engine check light come on. We pulled into a rest stop and called the emergency number. Very frustrating that we could not speak to anyone. Left a message and no one ever called us back. We went ahead and drove it to our destination. Glad the engine didn't quick. It has been 5 days and still no call back.Olen C.

there were articles left in cab area from prev. renter, didn't want to touch cuz of covid -19, but also didn't want to be charged for unclean rental return ,so we discarded items. and we did wipe down cab with lysol,perhaps that could be included in future rental agreements.marissa J.

Everything was great except for me not knowing ahead of time I had to do everything with my mobile phone. I had returned the truck and dropped off my keys before I realized I need to get back in the truck to take a photo of the mileage. In the process of moving, I was rushed, in a hurry, and had poor cell coverage. The only improvement I would suggest is have the person at pickup location explain the self return process more clearly.Billy L.
