I do not understand why I was charged for 3 days when I only had the truck for 47hr and 45 min. Also don't know why I was charged a 25 for cleaning when the truck was returned in the same shape I picked it up in. Did I armor All the dash no but it had no trash inside cab or in back of truck. How U-Haul Reviews WorkWorst experience ever to pick up the truck on the phone, (nothing to do with the location),, Call for help and seems they did not know what to do either. Rented a truck just 2 months ago and no problem but this time i had to spend over an hour under the 107 degrees of Las vegas to speak with three diferent persons, Finally I was able to check in thru my mobile and Puump !!! Location was closed for lumch break,, ,them somebody arrive, gave me the keys and gues ... my equipment was not in the truck 😡
