Cresparo VMy wife and I just got done with a "cluster....!" with Uhaul. When we were deciding between Penske and Uhaul, the deciding factor was that Uhaul was offering a month free storage with any one way rental and it was specifically mentioned when setting up a reservation. We rented a 10X10 storage unit #0148 from the 2620 Horizon Ridge Pkwy location of Uhaul and paid $149.75 for a month's rental. Uhaul corporate told us that the Horizon Ridge location didn't have any 15' One Way Rentals available, so we had to go to 999 Beasley to rent a truck. Stacey, the rep for Uhaul reminded us to ask for the free one month. We're still fighting for that and realize that the Horizon location wouldn't honor the $19.95 credit for our incoming Uhaul rental until we went to corporate! (Thanks for your help) This one will be heavier lifting since we're dealing with and agent, Leona, who has no communications skills (downright RUDE). She's even charging us $12.00 for a round lock because ours didn't meet their "exacting standards??" And she didn't even give us the lock upon vacating. The Horizon Ridge location needs better staff. Additionally, we couldn't get a drop off location for our truck/ Kept getting an address in the middle of a vacant field.) Took hours and many calls to reconcile! HELP.....Unhappy customer.

MADISON MWoman at front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and also very efficient, getting me in and out in roughly 60 seconds. I would most certainly use this location again, and I plan to because I need to rent another U-Haul truck 1-2 more times in the next month so this location will definitely be my first choice when I do so.

FRANCISCO BCurious how i traveled 20 miles according to the app but my house is literally 5.6 miles from the uhaul location…so round trip should of been 12 miles NOT 20…something is not right.

MARITZA BThis was by far the very BEST Uhaul/Storage/Moving experience I have ever experienced! The truck was well maintained and even smelled really good which was a nice touch. I was given so much useful advice and guidance from Rhonda the manager. She saved me some $ as I was about to order some extra things I didn’t need due to my inexperience. The gentleman and young woman at the front desk were very helpful, swift and friendly. Rhonda and her team were the best part of our move and made it just a little less stressful! So hard to find this level of customer service these days. I will surely recommend to anyone!
MICHELLE SGave me incorrect instructions which I fear will result in a charge. They told me to drop off the key and didn’t tell me anything about an app checkout so I am probably going to have to pay so stupid

Pick up and drop off was a breeze, and all of our questions were promptly answered. Although we hope to not move again in the near future, we'd book with this location again in a heartbeat and will gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a Uhaul!

LARRY CThe padlock didn’t work. I called the help line who gave me another code to try and it didn’t work either. We had to cancel. You guys refunded my credit card, then I got a receipt that says someone paid cash. (Impossible - it was all online and pickup was after hours.) Then 2 days later you charged my credit card again - for a truck I couldn’t even get the key to! Horrible business. I will be disputing the charge.

MARIANNE MI love renting from this location! The front office is very inviting. I love the complimentary coffee station, complimentary water and the treats in the candy bowls are my favorite. The place is always decorated and festive. Customer service is always great. Even though they are always busy (which I’m happy to see), you are still attended to in a very timely and consistent manner. The place is clean. Their trucks are always clean. They are honest and consistent, and I never have to worry about any bs or surpise charges. I’ve rented from quite a few places here in Vegas and this place is THE BEST!

Oland TI had to keep it longer than expected due to a problem with the storage place and the charge was quite a bit more than if I just rented it for 2 days. It is what it is.
