Everything went well and really enjoyed the online booking and pick-up process. Only negative was the time given for the truck was from the time I reserved it online. It took an additional 15-20 min to fill out and go through the rental process that eventually was taken off of the time I reserved it for. The time should have begun from when the contract is signed in my opinion.

Make it easier on the customer and have the vehicle full of gas and not at a quarter of a tank. I know you give a cheat sheet to assist in figuring out how much gas you need to put in before returning the vehicle. Its like doing Math and I don't like Math. Other than that all went very well, The staff was very friendly and had all the right items to sanitize and adhered to social distancing. Thanks.

I work in customer service so I do my best to give as many positive reviews as I possibly can. However, this location was just not on their A-Game when I came to pick up my truck. First, I was informed that because I was more than thirty minutes late my reservation had been cancelled and they would need to reserve another truck (this information was never positioned to me upon ordering the truck online - I was under the impression that because I ordered it for 24 hours I was able to pick it up anytime I want). Additionally, once another truck was reserved, they re-sent the information via text (no problem there). But this is when things started to get wonky. For one, if a customer comes in for some help, let alone several, I find it extremely unprofessional to close your doors completely for “lunch”. Especially when these customers are looking to take the correct steps to pick up their truck in an unideal service area (there were three of us all attempting to reserve our ordered trucks and were unable to do so due to the lack of coverage on either of our devices - I have T-Mobile and the other two people had AT&T). So the other two people waited for the doors to open back up (30 mins later) so they could at least get confirmation we were doing everything correctly. I on the other hand took my chances and just downloaded the app to see if it could circumvent the issues I was having using my browser. It did, I was able to figure it out. But, no one single person at the desk let us know that the app is the best way to reserve your truck from an online order. Not to mention, the fact that the majority of the trucks available were in an area not indicated on the app. So I was wondering their parking lot for an extra 25 minutes when the trucks were in an altogether different area hidden on the back side of the building. None of the attendants there informed myself or any of the other people there of the trucks being in that area either. Not a good experience overall. I mean I got the truck and used it so it served its purpose but the experience could have been better for sure. Maybe next time just take like an extra 15 mins to help some people out with some simple “how-tos” then take your lunch so your paying customers aren’t just wondering around trying to figure it out themselves. Especially with older generations who are less technically savvy.
