The mobile pick up instructions for contact information were unclear and caused frustration. When I dropped off the truck, the in-app return reset after I completed it, and I was told by U-Haul customer service that I would need to wait until a staff member completed the check-in in the morning. This caused me to be charged for 2 rental periods even though I rented the truck for less than 24 hours.

Garrett WI called and asked to extend my rental for the day. The lady agreed and said that I would not be charged extra, so long ase we return the rruck by morning. I did. But she lied and I was charged an additional day. I am not a confrontational nor am I a combative person. So I did not call to complain or request a refund. I am disappointment in All Storage and that employee. This was a very bad experience.
