Leon OI don’t feel the location should get penalized for the scheduler that guaranteed the equipment that I needed were all at this location and the location did not but I didn’t have time to go to another location and didn’t want to have to drive/pay for the extra miles. Folks were friendly and did what they could.

VENTRICE BImprove the website/app, they are really bad. They keep freezing and starting from the beginning. They don't accept pictures saying low memory then accept pictures after many trials. They skipped all steps when I was returning the truck, so I couldn't take pictures, and suddenly it said return completed. Your online system is really really bad. And I called customer care and I was on hold for ages. So the truck was nice but the overall experience was baaaaad.

Cresparo VMy wife and I just got done with a "cluster....!" with Uhaul. When we were deciding between Penske and Uhaul, the deciding factor was that Uhaul was offering a month free storage with any one way rental and it was specifically mentioned when setting up a reservation. We rented a 10X10 storage unit #0148 from the 2620 Horizon Ridge Pkwy location of Uhaul and paid $149.75 for a month's rental. Uhaul corporate told us that the Horizon Ridge location didn't have any 15' One Way Rentals available, so we had to go to 999 Beasley to rent a truck. Stacey, the rep for Uhaul reminded us to ask for the free one month. We're still fighting for that and realize that the Horizon location wouldn't honor the $19.95 credit for our incoming Uhaul rental until we went to corporate! (Thanks for your help) This one will be heavier lifting since we're dealing with and agent, Leona, who has no communications skills (downright RUDE). She's even charging us $12.00 for a round lock because ours didn't meet their "exacting standards??" And she didn't even give us the lock upon vacating. The Horizon Ridge location needs better staff. Additionally, we couldn't get a drop off location for our truck/ Kept getting an address in the middle of a vacant field.) Took hours and many calls to reconcile! HELP.....Unhappy customer.

MADISON MWoman at front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and also very efficient, getting me in and out in roughly 60 seconds. I would most certainly use this location again, and I plan to because I need to rent another U-Haul truck 1-2 more times in the next month so this location will definitely be my first choice when I do so.

FRANCISCO BCurious how i traveled 20 miles according to the app but my house is literally 5.6 miles from the uhaul location…so round trip should of been 12 miles NOT 20…something is not right.
