STOP LEAVING PEOPLE ON HOLD FOR HOURS JUST TO MAKE CHECKING OUT FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS HARD AS HELL!!! I will NEVER recommend your business to anyone EVER!

1. The original location was in Forest Park, IL. When I arrived there, there were three people on cell phones. I was told (with the agreement I had in my email) that this was only the preferred location. I had no other location given to me. 2. The woman looked in the record and saw my agreement was for a location in Chicago. About 2 miles away. 3. I had movers coming at 8:00am that day, so, arriving at the store opening time of 7:00 am and not having a truck available put me in a time crunch. 4. The All Time Wrecking & Hauling was not open when I arrived. A person arrived at 8:15 am. The truck was not ready. The person who opened the shop had to call the U-Haul rep to redo my entire contract over the phone. 5. I was charged a fee with my online rental. I have no idea where that money went? I thought it was for the movers. Maybe it was held in escrow. 6. I was able to get the truck by 8:50 and meet the movers at 8:15 in Oak Park, IL. 7. I live in Colorado Springs. I rent trucks with U-Haul a lot. Both locations had poor systems in place.

Office facility was incredibly dirty, unkempt, poorly run and smoke filled. Staff unhelpful with poor knowledge of uhaul reservation system. No one answers phone or returns call for left message. Leaving customers with no ablility to confirm reservations or add on services. Order 12 blankets got 6. Very poorly run facility.

The way you can approve on this location would be that when you arrive, Someone should be there to greet you . My son and I arrived for our appointment on-time,However, there was no one around. The doors were locked,the television was on and we were out in the cold. We called customer service several times but I just got transferred and put on hold several times. It was 45 minutes later when someone finally showed up. I am currently disabled. I was cold and in a lot of pain from standing and waiting for someone to come.The service was terrible.This was my first time using this service and coming to this location. Trust me this my last time.When I need to use U-Haul again. I will choose a different location near my address. Because I feel that the service that received and endured was terrible. I should of not had to pay full price. I was not at all satisfied. THANKS!!!!!!!

Truck had a leak behind cab on passenger side.

This was the worse experience I ever had. First I checked in online and when I went to pick up the truck I was sitting there for an hour because whomever suppose to check me in was not answering their phone. They had someone check me in over the phone and they read the mileage that they had. no one ever came out to the truck to actually check the mileage or even inspect the truck. so I got my final receipt saying it started at 29,015 and ended at 29,041 when I know that it started at 29,026.

No one there to answer questions, just gave keys no walk through. When dropping off car keys couldn't go in box. People working office didn't know what was going on. I will stick with Forest Park location. This wasn't even where I set up my appointment to begin with. Just disorganized and unprofessional.

I have rented alots of uhaul and for the first time in a long time, I received a friendly service with a smile. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly, helpful and polite.

When we arrived at 9:00 AM, our scheduled pickup time, the person who deals with Uhaul rentals was not there. There was another gentleman working who did not deal with Uhauls, and he could not reach the other person. We waited for 30 minutes before finally calling Uhaul and they talked him through the process over the phone. The Uhaul person never showed up. I think the service was very poor, if you have a reservation then you need to have someone on hand to deal with the reservation.

This was the worst and unprofessional expirence I ever had with uhaul and I always use your company when I am in need of a moving truck. The unsatisfactory is not with Uhaul 1st hand but with All Wreck & Hauling. They are bad business. Not only did I get my truck an hour late however I was fradulantly charged for time I did not use. I had the truck from 12 PM to 4 PM on 2/27 and All Wreck &Haing charged me for 2 days and some hours and minutes. I was livid however, the customer service from Uhaul really did help me out.

The whole process was a disaster from beginning to end. First, they told us we were late even though we said we would arrive between 12-1pm and we arrived at 1225. Next, the person who processed our order could not have been slower, it took us almost an hour to get the truck and be on our way. Completely unacceptable!
