We had a great experience. The truck was clean and easy to drive. And it was such a smooth and easy process to get the truck. We ended up needing it for and extra day and all we needed to do was call them and let them know. It was so easy. We appreciate that because moving is already so stressful and there's so much to do, that getting the truck and returning it shouldn't be hard. Thankyou guys for being so great!

Better communication between uhaul facilities. I had numerous phone calls, text messages and emails regarding a simple rental and every time I was assured it was all set up properly, it definitely wasn’t.

THOMAS ZI call this location and told them I was going to turn the rental truck in on this coming Friday they never noticed it so I get a letter in the mail stating I'm going to jail for stolen truck yes I had the truck for 30 days but they no I'm a contractor and I paid uhaul alot of money when I return trucks but it's OK I really disappointed now I'm going to lose contracts.
CARL LThe gentleman opening the store was late, & then took his time opening up the store before assisting me with my reservation. Ended up setting me back 15 minutes, which ended up ruining the schedule I was attempting to follow. The inside of the truck smelled like a wet dog and there were bugs crawling around in the inside. Would not recommend

Christopher PIf a customer has a "Hold" on their account that prevents them from renting, then Uhaul should Notify Customer of That, when such event appears. In my case, I discovered the "Hold" only after showing up for the rental (several months after the issue)... Had I known of it,then I would have resolved it long ago (and without risk of delaying my rental). Ref: The Hold was due to an improper return process, that did not properly record my payment.

All in all this location is not friendly from all the other reviews I read after my bad experience! Really hope you pull his license and give your business to someone who cares!
Dann DAdopt a first come first serve policy. Treat all customers well by learning and applying great customer service skills. Never let your actions cause a customer to question whether they have been treated fairly, honestly or with anything other than respect which is equally due all respectful customers.
isha yEven though uhauls site said they were open until 7:00 pm ( which is why I picked this location) they actually closed at 6:00 pm, so they were closed when I arrived, no real instructions on where to leave the trailer. Just guessed. It’s also very wet and areas are flooded.

He seemed annoyed by having to deal with us customers and made us (customers) go outside and wait for him to call us in. Meanwhile, 4 more people show up and he neglects to call me back in whether he forgot about me or was just a jerk idk) so I end up being there for almost an hour.... This is how I started my Father's Day. The guy is really bad for your business because he obviously doesn't want to wait on Uhaul customers. I would never use his place of business again for UHaul rentals or anything else for that matter. AWFUL Customer service!!!!!! Oh yea I had to hook up the tow dolly myself because he wasn't attending to me and when I went to drive off he chased me down yelling at me.....
Carlos POn the day of pickup the truck with the trailer from Jacksonville, the gentlemen first assign the truck to load my stuff then come back to load the trailer and my car. When I finished loading all my stuff and come back to load the trailer and my car, the gentlemen load my car on the trailer. Then I check the trailer lighting it was not working. The gentlemen tried to fix it but he could not make it. He said I have to move my stuff to another truck, but my stuff are so heavy. It was there mistake because they have to check the truck and the trailer before assign to any customer. So, I plan not to take the the trailer and called one of my friend to follow me to Savannah. The gentlemen talled me that when I return the truck they will remove the charge of the trailer. When I returned the truck the gentlemen in Savannah location said where is the trailer, I explain the situation to him and check his system, he said that the gentlemen in Jacksonville should remove the charge from your invoice. I open a case and still more than 4 days with no response and keep calling the 1800Number to fix the inconvenience problem with no actual action.

Sherry DSomehow this location was my pick up location. I never knew that it was a uhaul dealer. It was run down but the gentleman was nice and helpful that worked there.. I’m not sure if I would recommend this place as a pickup because it’s old and run down looking.

Brett AThe staff at the rental location were excellent! However, the equipment was not well-maintained. The trailer had not been cleaned after its previous use, with dog food spilled inside that needed to be swept out before we could use it. Additionally, the trailer's maintenance was subpar; it vibrated and bounced at speeds over 40 MPH. After my first load, I didn't feel safe using the trailer and decided to return it. I informed the staff about these issues and hope they address them before the trailer causes any serious damage.

david sI truly enjoyed the customer service provided from the main U-HAUL (R. Diaz) on Southside and Beach Blvd who helped with the reservation made to this U-HAUL at Beach Blvd. The great customer service received from David (employee) upon my arrival at the site was valuable; even on the day of retrieving the equipment David made me feel confident I could operate the equipment. As a first time user I was hesitant. I was looking forward to seeing him on the day of the equipment return but he was on a day off, and surely I missed saying again, THANK YOU. Thanks David, you embodied what all individuals should provide in every service line and at any level, as owners, management, or just as helpers.
SOL ABetter pick up lot. Upon inspecting the trailer it was not road ready. They did have a trailer for me to use but I had to throughly inspect it myself.

Jose PAfter making a reservation weeks in advance I showed up to the place where I was to pick up the truck and no body was working that shop. Called U-haul customer service who sent me to another shop where they had the truck but not dollies or carts. Then they sent me to All Wet sports and boat storage where I was finally able to get a truck and the dollies I needed for my move. The delay cost me about two hours and had to pay my movers for down time. U-haul needs to get its act together with the online reservations. My overall U-Haul experience was not a good one but this particular location was.

Rosita JIn terms of customer service, the young man helping was amazing! He made everything smooth in terms of the rental process. The truck itself though seems to be on its last leg. On the way back to drop off the Uhaul, this stabilize message came on the dashboard and we were slowed to 15 mph. The truck was shaking. We didn't know if we would make it back at all. This took a much longer amount of time than it was supposed to. We had to put the hazard lights on because it was going so slow. Truck was clean but not well maintained.
