I wanted to add rental of some furniture blankets after renting the truck. Unfortunately, the UHaul software apparently forced the gentleman to basically redo the entire rental process for me, meaning all the time I spent checking in online was wasted. Maybe UHaul can make this process easier for their affiliates and customers.

Place is a dump. Hard to drive into because it is on an incline. Road not paved, had pot holes. Unsecure where the staff were in the building until he just appeared. Not much information shared from staff. Charged for gas when there was 1/8 of a tank left. I plan on renting another truck within a month however if I have to return it here I will go with another company.
