CARLOS DMaybe the truck that i rented the head lights are busted. so it was a little bit hard for me to drive during night time. But so far is was good. we transport all my stuff safely. Thank you. I still recommend this to my friends.
RAMVIC DPeople working the counter were nice however truck was in rough shape. Window roller was broken and some garbage was left in the truck. We were also over charged for fuel even though we fueled up and spoke w/ someone at the counter. Lastly, I was required to being back my equipment which I've never been asked to do after using any U-Haul in the past.
QUENTIN HI didn’t get the blankets or dolly I requested which means I had to wrap my mirror etc in my own blankets and carrying some furniture was very hard.

THERESA OThe same drop off process used on the pick up with the link to the U-Haul system which allows us to do a check list a pictures. Also, the charge is confuse, I think I was billed twice. I need to investigate.

COSIMO CImprove application. I was uploading images and it got crashed and when I reopened the application there was no option for uploading and it got returned status. Also I have booked 15” truck but at the location thay told me it might be some mistake and they didn’t had the truck so I have to take the 9” instead of 15”.
Nirav PI recently returned a U-Haul van and had a very frustrating experience. I accidentally left my purse in the van (floor of the passenger seat) and upon returning to retrieve it, the van had been moved. After a lengthy back-and-forth with the U-Haul operator, and a search of the vehicle 3 times, my purse was miraculously found on the floor of the driver's side by the operator when I went inside the store to get UHAUL number to report the incident. This experience was incredibly time-consuming and stressful. It raises questions about the security of honestly and trustworthiness of U-Haul operators
OPAL RI picked up using online portal as location was closed due to holiday. It was simple process, the cargo van was clean. The location is a bit hidden but very convenient to pick and drop.

REYNALDO mU-HAUL SUCKS. You changed my reservation TWICE. I needed a truck and you gave me a van THE DAY BEFORE MY MOVING. Why do you even offer the option to reserve online if you are going to resell later? Hope your competitors get you out of business.

Tozheg RGas was not full. Drove 32 km and filled 25 liters of gas. Not satisfied at all. No customer support to address such issue.
Rajanish DIt is a bit hard to find location as there is no sign for KKM Florist there. None of the requested items (dolly, blankets, etc) were available even though I could select them at the time of booking, the gentleman managing the store was kind enough to advise me of this a day before but it was too short of notice to be able to rent those items from somewhere else.
Pankaj GYou overcharged me in three areas: Insurance (I turned it down, but you still charged me) Mileage (Way more than what I travelled. You calculated the right mileage but charged me way more Gas You dinged me when IO returned the van with more -- not less -- gas.
royson jIt was worst customer service. I booked my uhaul for 1 PM and I got at 2:10 PM. the reason of booking uhaul is not fulfilled. I didn't reach on time so person left from the place. Other location that item was heavy and I booked furniture wheel but the guy who was attending me said that we don't have that cart. Because of that I was unable to pick that item also. I cannot recommend this place to my friends. I am requesting you to refund my money back because there was no use of uhaul vehicle.
