You need to make sure you have employees that cover when someone can not make in. Also when someone requests certain equipment that they are informed that the equipment is in stock.John R.
Go help the customer hook up the equipment. Let the customer know in advance when reserving online that there is an additional charge for returning on Sunday. No one came out to meet me when I returned the trailer so how does that justify an additional fee. I went into the yard and unhooked all by myself without any help.CRUZ D.

I had to wait outside. My reservation was at 9 and I had to wait until after 9:30. I was also charged for insurance that I specified I didn't want. A $20 truck and a $10 dolly cost me close to $70. I will not be renting another uhaul.DOMONIQUE E.
I've rented from uhaul for many years. I feel I was over charged. I told the lady I didn't need it for 3 days and she said I would get a refund if I returned the trailer early. I did return it early and no refund was issued. I'll probably look for an alternative rental on my next trip.Becky J.

The office opens at 9 am. I have a reservation to pick up the truck at 9 am. When I get there, there's a sign on the door saying "Gone to the bank." I have to stand in the parking lot, in the heat, and wait for 35 minutes for the employee to return. He gave me incorrect information about the return time. The interior of the cab was filthy. Old food under the seats. Despite requesting neither a handcart or blankets, they were both in the back of the truck. I didn't request them, didn't need them, and didn't use them, but they were in my way. The blankets weren't folded, nor was the box swept out very well. I received a link to report the condition of the truck, but despite responding promptly, the link had already expired. When I call the customer service number about the drop off time, I'm on hold for 15+ minutes, listening to the same stupid messages over and over again.Richard S.

I rented a trailer in Port Neches, TX for a one way trip to Groesbeck, TX. The inexperienced person who rented it to me put the drop off back in Port Neches. It was not a local rental per the price I paid. The trailer lights did not work. I have always used Uhauil in the past, but now I will not.vickie H.

I did note that the oil usage was at 29% which indicates that it needs an oil change. I checked dipstick and it was full so I thought it should be good for the 800 miles. A small point but something that needs a company policy such as No vehicles should go below 40 percent or have oil changes at a certain mileage point.Scott D.

Trailer interior was filthy. Had not been cleaned. Trailer was scheduled to be picked up Tuesday at 5:30. Contact was made with location the morning of pickup. I was there 5:15 till 5:45. Business was closed and I received no call or contact. Terrible experience. I also requested drop off in Tallulah La and was told there were no UHaul dealers there. Again bad information as I found a uhaul dealer listed online. Called them myself and confirmed they would take drop off.rick S.
Made reservation on Monday. Received email on Friday that I had to pick up trailer 23 miles from where I had it reserved. Arrived there to find they had no trailers. Had to drive another 20 miles to get one. If U-Haul was not a virtual monopoly, they would be out of business.Mike G.

back of truck was not swept out. i reserved 24 moving blankets, there were only 9 and the we're not recently laundered and packaged. the 9 blankets were all loose in the back and recently used. the staff person said â€œI thought there were 24 in there.â€ indicating that no one checked. they had no moving blankets in sight. i had to go to the original UHaul i signed up for to give back the used blankets to get 24 freshly laundered and packaged blankets. Chelsea , the Manager is extremely rude & disrespectful and there should be an urgent need to fire her asap! Every time she talks, both Uhaul & her Storage facility loses thousands of dollars. In Hurricane Ike , 2008, I rented uhaul trailer for over 4 weeks. And need to rent uhaul again next week but wont if she is still employed. Your competitors surely have Managers that have better customer service skills than Chelsea. She apparently thinks she can be rude and shout at customers for no apparent reason. I am sure she is on drugs as her appearance is unkept, her hair & clothes looks like she may be homeless? Her desire to argue & disagree with customers & shout at them, for no apparent reason l , leads one to believe she is on drugs & mentally unstable. She is costing UHaul thousands in lost rental income just as she has for storage facility. I need to move out my home while repairs being made, then move back home. I am business consultant, when I am not doing renovations due to Hurricane damages, & help multi million dollar /billion dollar corporations acquire & retain business,increasing their profits & sales 100%. Heed my advice & fire Chelsea, Manager for Allen Mini Storage & you will increase your sales & profits dramatically. She is mentally unstable & has no customer service experience. Maybe she is having family problems & reason she is verbally attacking uhaul customers. She hung up on me the first time I called & her competitor ended up with my storage business earning them $2000 which her company lost. How much in lost revenue is she losing UHaul before u realize she needs to be fired? Please contact her supervisor & let them know she needs to fired asap as you are losing thousands in lost sales as is the storage facility. Thanks.Phyllis B.
