The lady came out to greet us. She was fantastic. I was having issues with the app uploading pictures and she assisted me with calling for help. One issue I had which I believe is not this locations fault is when I made the reservation I put in an appliance dolly. When I picked the truck up there was no appliance dolly. When I spoke to customer service they refunded the charge. This caused was a waterfall effect. They offered me to drive 10 miles to pick up an appliance dolly at the nearest location. Yes, only 10 miles but a 35 minute drive each way. I was limited on time. Not to mention I would have had to drive the uhaul. I had 31 miles and after that $1 a mile. So I would have ate up 2/3 of my miles just picking up the dolly that was on my reservation. Not to mention the effects of not having a dolly caused me to have to move a heavy refrigerator by hand and causing my back to go out which also included a trip to urgent care.
