For future reference, I would say that the people that are in charge of the U-haul know more information about how the U-haul is handled and taken off the property. The customer service was VERY poor, and their attitudes were terrible. I had to call a U-haul representative just to get any actual answers about how to unlock the truck, which was an inconvenience for me. I would definitely not recommend this location to anybody, and I hope that this location improves in the future.Ayanna C.
We requested a pick up location closer to our home. When we arrived at the new location to pick up, we could not get mobile pick up to validate our location. The attendant in the convenience store had to help us in between waiting on customers. We were set back 30-45 minutes.REGINALD W.

employee told me I HAD to hook up my own trailer, that they NEVER did it for you- it was against their policy. TOTALLY WRONG! Also, u-haul booked the wrong trailer for me and it took 3 phone calls and well over an hour to fix it, and I don't think it's right yet. Horrible hold times, then they put you on hold at least two more times trying to fix things and still don't fix it, so then have to call again and be on hold for at least 20 minutes.Cheri P.

This was a nightmare!! Original equipment was tore up, very dirty and had drugs on cab. I was 30 minutes early to pick up reservation and checked in on line. I was 2 hours late getting my rental because nobody was able to help me and had to go to another location in order to get another truck and trailer. Original location truck had spike in tire and they were going to send it down the road. Clerk told me I would have to wait until 10am to get truck because she doesn't handle Uhaul. I had movers ordered at house at 9am and it was after 10am before I was able to secure equipment to get to house. Also I ordered pads and dolly but original location didn't have them. They were going to make me drive to another location to get them. I ordered 12 but only got 7 No help to get truck picked up or equipment hooked up. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Auto transport was broken but didn't know until after we were on the road I would love to tell my experience.Joe Z.

The only complaint was that the trailer had no jack, therefore had to be lifted on the hitch. The trailer was parked on a slightly grassed incline, that required it be lifted and moved at the same time. The person renting the trailer pointed at the trailer from the store window and told me to have a great day, never offering to help..John F.

The attendant failed to check in the trailer when we returned it. So, I got a call from Uhaul asking me why I had not returned it. I assured them that I did and after several calls they finally checked it in in Laurel.David S.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was awful. They didn't have any one to help put trailer on hitch. I couldn't pick it up to heavy. Not one person in store knew how to hook it up. I have called it in to U haul. They need it taken away from them.Laura D.
The trailer has no landing gear. The tongue was directly on the groundâ€¦ Kind of buried in loose gravel. It was very difficult to pick up. Something to keep the tongue off the ground would be helpfulJay S.

My husband and I reserved a 20 ft Uhaul at Alliance Energy #4 on Sept. 26, 2018 for (1) day. The order number is 26028325. Initially we were charged $64.92. Cindy(owner) told me it would be 0.69 for additional miles. The Uhaul was not clean. It was on 1/4 tank of gas. We returned the Uhaul on September 27,2018. I received an email with a receipt attached in the amount of $300.94.I immediately contacted Alliance. I explained the Uhaul was not clean, we put gas in it (1/4 tank) and we only had it for one day. Cindy's husband stated he would call Uhaul and take off the second day, cleaning and gas. I now have 3 transactions pending in the amount of $64.92, $226.28 and $248.06 from Uhaul. This place only has U-haul for the profit, they could care less about U-haul themselves. Sometimes they will rent and others they won't if the owners aren't there the workers aren't trained to do it. They don't assist with loading. They don't even check your tag you give them your own tag number. I could give them someone else's tag number and they would accept it. I think u-haul should send someone in themselves and see how it goes.SALETHIA N.

I rented a 5x8 cargo trailer. It was parked on the side of shill,with blocks under the tires to keep it from rolling. There was no one there to help me hook it to my truck, ski had to call a friend to meet me there to hook it up. Trailer had a tail/brake light out. I attempted to check the bulb, but the realized that there were no wires attached. I just used it anyhow. Employee was very nice, but being nice didn't make it easy to hook up trailer.Rodney M.

The U HAUL in Jackson was trying to send me to Hattiesburg to pick up my truck and auto carrier 30 miles further than my original location.I had to call around Laurel Ms to find a truck and I found the auto carrier in Bay Springs Ms.Both much closer to me than Hattiesburg. They sent me to a location to pick up a truck, had to turn around to go back to same place, they didn't know they had the truck at the place I signed the contract. Truck bed was full of trash. Cabin had ash tray full if cigarette butts and fast food wappers and cups.Ralph S.
Hardly any parking for a 26' truck. There was no key drop-off box at location. Very annoying since I had to make another trip just to drop off uhaul key before deadline. Will NOT drop off here again.Jessica M.
