U-Haul should be ashamed of how they never maintain their vehicles. They rent from one person to another without ever making sure the vehicle is safe. We rent from U-Haul thinking they have excellent vehicles but I was shocked to learn they never inspect the vehicle before we drive off in them. The vehicle we had, had little power, made a noise and we were also charged for over mileage which was not true. We reserved for a vehicle in our town but at 5:00 pm the day before we received a call that there wasn’t a vehicle available so we had to drive 100 miles round trip to pick up this ragged out vehicle. The representative on the phone was amazing, he helped us with respect, professionalism and concern-hats off to him for his help. U-Haul get your act together and do better, do what’s right instead of trying to just make money off of our needs for a moving vehicle. I’ll definitely think twice before I ever rent from you again. Your pricing is ridiculous. Overrated, overpriced and under quality. You should be ashamed
