ROBERT MThe key was not where it was supposed to be and slowed down the check process significantly. The location of itself felt sketchy as well.
Sera SOften unstaffed. The rental was behind another vehicle in lot and nobody was there. Eventually got the guy on the phone and he sent his wife to the location to move the vehicles around. This isn’t the only time. Guys inept as hell.
Brian SI showed up early for my reserved pick up time but no one was there. I called the number posted on the door and I was able to get things sorted out but with the trailer not having a tongue jack, getting the trailer hooked up by myself was very difficult. Other than having to figure the trailer hook-up out, I was able to complete the rental documentation quickly via on-line links. The
Thomas LI used the site and put that I wanted to return in my new location. After moving while pregnant and being exhausted I was told the website did not keep my new location as the return area and instead said I was to return in the old city I lived in. The fee you are attempting to charge is outrageous and ridiculous and I am livid. Your agents also do not care and I still have not gotten a call or email from management about my dispute.
Brittany OThe U-Haul leaked in the upper drivers side corner and wet some of my items. This needs to be fixed as it caused damaged to a couple of my things. However, the owner of the location was nice and helpful when picking up.

Robert WIt was a little confusing at first. My phone would not recognize my location but thankfully my friend was with me to help. The website also said the key was in a drop box but someone had to call and tell us it was in the back of the truck. Other than that, it was great!
