I made my reservation on the phone at the actual uhaul store down the road. This was an additional site. No one was there to help or finish the payment process. I called and someone called me back and did it over the phone. Although it wasn’t super complicated and the guy was nice, it would have been faster and easier if someone was at the location.
ANOTHONY CStrange parking lot to turn in trailer that was rented from a store front that was not part of the business and the phone number was for someone offsite who wasn’t that helpful. The storefront looked vacant but absolutely filthy and in disarray with junk thrown everywhere.
