Poor and confusing check-in instructions. Their buildings need to have bigger numbers. The code lock didn’t work despite multiple attempts. That one has to be fixed. The door also should have unit numbers on them to confirm that the customer is in the right place. The email sent to new clients should have the address of the building as well. I asked for a refund and they agreed politely to refund.

I couldn't find the location at first. Sits back from the road. Owner was extremely helpful, as I got myself into a bit of a predicament while returning the equipment
