I was frustrated with the pick up and drop of being left up to me as the customer. I did not see information about how long it would take to go through the processes as well as needing to download an app just to pick up the vehicle. I felt like this should have been highlighted for a future customer/as the order for the vehicle was placed. Filling the gas was confusing just saying NO 85 but not specifiying which other gas making me need to look through the owners many to confirm. I felt like the process of this could be much more smooth if there was better information off the bat for the customer.

Poor and confusing check-in instructions. Their buildings need to have bigger numbers. The code lock didn’t work despite multiple attempts. That one has to be fixed. The door also should have unit numbers on them to confirm that the customer is in the right place. The email sent to new clients should have the address of the building as well. I asked for a refund and they agreed politely to refund.
