Um also location took a hundred dollars deposit from me in 2022 an then wouldn't give my money back. Can I have my money back please. Brandy RDon't use the app to pick up your uhaul before a store opens. Better off when they are there. The process is such a pain. Unfortunately, my location i started out with did not check the truck when they received it and left a combination lock on the back. I got to my house and found out it was locked. Uhaul couldn't figure it out and 2 hours later I had to take it back to place i picked it up. Uhaul wouldnt refund me until they reviewed during the week. I had to go Als Mart where they had another truck available. They weren't much better for service, overcharge me for fuel too for a truck on empty. Between both San Marcos locations, this was the worst uhaul experience i have ever had.
Lynn SThe lady working here was fantastic. Other than that, the locations was difficult to find. No signage. The drop off was nowhere near my location, im sure there were many other options. Since I was paying mileage, it was even worse.
Patricia NTrain your employees better so that they will know how to rent a U-Haul. My son-in-law had to do the check-in and check out for the lady working there because she did not know what to do.
Christopher AI was trying to return the truck via Mobile App and had problems. The GeoPosition feature would not recognize the location (tried 5 X and my Locations were on). We both called U-Haul, she got through while I was put on hold. She got the run around, so we tried a different approach. She called her boss/owner and he had her Photograph all aspects of truck {outside, inside, gas level, mileage} and send it to him. He completed my return from his home. I will certainly deal with Al (Al's Mart) for my next rental.

kurt kLocation is a c-store off Hwy 80 and extremely difficult to get in and out of. The staff was nice however, I had trouble locating and called the number on my paperwork and that number is no longer in service. Drop off was 100% more difficult that the pickup in Spring.
COYE GI have rented from you frequently. When asked about when I would return I said about two p m . I returned at 3 pm. I always tent and return same day or next morning for one day rental price. Was charged late fee and extra for insurance I didn’t ask for
William Klady made us resubmit everything, we did not get the uhual until an hour later - and the time was not adjusted - they did not have the pads I requested on hand - so I ended up having to go somewhere else for them.

The only reason we found out she added it is because we asked her why the proce was different, and she said she added it on. We moved a couch and didn't leave any trash, them why did we get charged the 25$ fee for her to clean it?? Complete ripoff, imnnot coming here again, the woman was God awful
Roger FUHaul crashed constantly while trying to return vehicle. I even tried to chat with UHual CSR about issues with app while trying to comply the return, but, yes, you guessed it, the app crashed mid-chat. If app/website were to actually work, it would be phenomenal, but next rental will be waiting in line at UHauls understaffed locations.
Berry CThey did not have a furniture dolly that I paid for, told me he hasn't seen one in months...so why did you offer one to me? I realize it's not his fault, per se, but still...Also, the place had drug paraphernalia for sale at the counter, the guy forgot to give me back my license until after I was walking out the door (guess you could blame that one on me), and was not very helpful in general.

Terrible experience and will find another Company to rent from in the future. Also - the store that this truck came from was as shady as I have ever seen and was selling crack pipes tonpeopme walking in

LaGina MClerk provides very little information on the useage requirements. Needs to be informative when asking how manys days may you need truck rental. I was jist helping folks who didn't have a vehicle. Place 2 returned in 1 day. Uhaul is a RIP OFF WILL NOT ADJUST ACTUAL USAGE REQUIRED. DON'T RENT LOOK FOR ANOTHER RENTAL PLACE...

Francisco PI was overcharged at drop off. I payed $270 at pick up. My emailed receipt after drop off was $483. I was charged for mileage and I should not have been. I need the $483 refunded today.

Paula WTHEFT. Your website said I could return my Uhaul at any location. We selected one but it was permanently closed so we went to the next nearest one - I swept out the back, cleaned the cab, and filled it to 1/2 even though I received it at 1/4 and yet I was charged $177.85 for a cleaning fee and for returning to the wrong location. The owner was misleading and unhelpful - I deserve a refund of the erroneous charge.

ERIN FIt said I would receive a call the day before my pickup to go over my rental agreement and I did not receive that. When I went to pick up my truck they did not have it so they told me I was moved to another location close by. I go to that location but they are closed and do not have the after hours pickup that I requested when I booked my truck. I waited on hold for 40 minutes before being helped. They tell me the closest option for me is 30 miles away and the best they can do is request a $50 credit to cover those extra miles and have a manager reach out to me. A week later I still haven’t received that credit and customer support tells me it has not been approved by management. I also never received a call from any manager. I was charged $30 extra at the drop off for some reason they said was because I used Amex card they split my payment into 2 charges.
Olivia BI have taken the truck which is almost clean except I saw few white seeds inside the storage place of the truck. Which I really don’t mind But I gave the truck back with same level of cleanliness and they charged me 25$ cleaning fee for that Am not at all responsible for that
