This location is all self service. Make sure to sign up for pick up before arrival, thru your phone. Store owner is very friendly and helpful. Location is open later than most due to being a gas station.Neftali V.
The man used his phone to file everything with uhaul. They didn't have a computer and wasn't wearing a mask. He then later stated there was a cleaning fee but could not explain to us what exactly we hadn't cleaned.jacob B.
Clean the interior of the truck. Smelt like cigarettes. And then you charged an extra $25 cleaning fee, when you should be comping me for the shit side mirror that was being held up with electrical tape and could not be adjusted. Too small of a location to hold the rentals apparently. Tried to return it the next day ahead of schedule and there was no room to park it so we were instructed to return it to a different location. There was no mention of being charged an extra fee for doing so. Rented a UHAUL for 30 miles/24 hours and have been charged a total of $316. Customer service over the phone has been very helpful in disputing these charges and I appreciate it but I'm very upset with this whole experience.Meagan J.

Tried to scam me for $25 cleaning fee over a dust spot on the seat, claiming it was a coffee stain. Two witnesses to attest there was no stain and photos supported that claim. This dealer should be fired from the U-haul dealer network.Joel M.

The place was dirty and very odd part of town. I made it 30 mins before the place closed yet he charged me after hours turn in. Then had charged a cleaning fee I swept the inside and wiped down all the inside since COVID era on top of this truck being super clean when I picked it up and I gave it back in that condition plus additional gas. Highly pissed they charged me 45 extra bucks for that. Never using Uhual again.Christopher P.
Worst experience ever. The cashier was unknowledgeable. He gave us a truck that had someone else Lock on it and they couldnt help up so we had sledge hammer it until it cracked. Notify the pickup location that customers have registered online, give them the confirmation information so the vendor don't have the customer register again in the store. I had to register again and ended up with 2 registrations and he requested 3 extra names and phone numbers in order to get the truck.Maurice S.
The first truck I had reserved was trashed. It looked like someone had vomited in it. Driver mirror was cracked, and top was dented. I had a reservation at 5:30 didn't leave the lot until about 6:15 and I had checked in prior, but it was due to having to retrieve a different uhaul. I left the lot a lot later than expected, and wasn't given my rental lodging equipment such as my dollies. When I came to return the truck I told the person I never received my dollies and wanted a refund for them since I was charged, and he blamed me for not checking before I left. Also whenever they were retrieving me the new uhaul, I had to submit a new payment, and now I'm charged twice on two cards. The overall experience was horrible, and I would not recommend others to use uhaul.Giovannie M.
Gentleman would not check me in at that time, said to just drop off and he would check in later. I noticed he charged me a cleaning fee of $25 when I returned the vehicle in much better shape than when I received it, completely cleaned in front cab and back box; he also charged me $5 for fuel when I returned it in the same level as what I picked up in.Christopher B.

Dropped off truck at around 4the day before it was due. I was told they could not check in the truck because it wasn't due until the next day. Then the afternoon of the day it was due I was sent a text asking if I needed more time with the truck. It was supposed to be checked in by 10 am. I didn't get a receipt or anything showing I dropped it off.Josh A.
