Check windshield wipers to make sure their functioning correctly to prevent failure. Other suggestion: For rental trucks to have or feature power windows, large screens for backup camera as well as for gps connectivity that would add convenience & ensure safer traveling. Despite the problem with the windshield wipers crossing on top of one another rendering them in operable, I will still definitely recommend U-Haul due to the excellent & relatively fast response to rectify the issue. I called U-Haul & they sent someone to the hotel I stayed at overnight & it only delayed my travels a slight bit. I can't Bragg enough about the customer service agent, Daniel who helped me on the phone call & got the excellent, professional gentleman CJ, from I believe Brummel tractor repair to come out & totally replace both wiper blades & tighten the arms & even filled the windshield fluid up to ensure the rest of my trip was safe & thank goodness too because I traveled through some heavy rain & wind during that trip. Thanks for all the bending over backwards that the gentleman, Jim at Amazing Auto sales went through multiple times to get us an appropriate truck. Everyone's efforts, professionalism, genuine concern & kindness won't be soon forgotten & I can only hope they'll all not only be recognized for their commitment to quality customer service but also be compensated, rewarded in some way. Give em a paid day off or at least a gift card for a meal out. Thanks again.
