U haul changed my drop off location after I had signed my pickup agreement and made it very difficult to drop off the truck. App would not allow me to change back to the contracted drop off location. My dissatisfaction is with the U haul company unilaterally deciding where I can pickup and drop off the rental. Why give me the option to pickup and drop off at other locations if you’re just going to change them and inconvenience me? Moving day is stressful enough without you adding to it!!

Trailer was very dirty with some kind of black oil residue. Trailer door did not seal very well. Our belongings got very dirty and soaking wet. We also got a flat tire after some driving on a very busy highway. Tire was very old.
OKTAY BWas supposed to pick up in Crystal lake. You would think Crystal lake would have ran out to Marengo to get the trailer. Instead I had to rearrange my schedule to go get it a day early and waste my time. Not happy about that.
Sam MOnce again when dropping off the uhaul website/app very slow so wasn't able to load all the information it wanted and it was extremely cold outside so I wasn't going to continue to wait for the slow uhaul network.
Paul SThe brake lights and left rear turn signal did not work.
