Amazing service at both ends

On top of that the fuel on the U-Haul there was lots of issues as far as the cost , pretty ridiculous almost paying a dollar a mile for the use of the vechicle .

Kevin MI dropped truck off at 4:55 PM and the place was closed even though supposed to close at 5 PM. When I called to follow-up next day, I was told the truck was checked-in and all. However, I was then billed for not filling up the tank of gas for almost $100 when I had left 1/2 a tank of gas when I was only given a 1/4 tank of gas in Mesa. When I called Ambassador Auto Care to complain, the person there said he could not help but I should a specific number instead of the main number. That number was likely not a UHaul rep since they said someone who call me back and they never did. When I called main UHaul number, they rectified the billing error.
David SThe overnight dropoff procedure with the app really sucks. So tedious, and very slow if your cell connection isnt full bars. Improve the app to not rely so much on cell connection for the flow.

Donna JI wasn't too happy that the truck I rented was on empty when I got in it and then was expected to put gas in it, drive it, then put more gas in it to return it. Otherwise, the guy at the front desk was great and helpful.

Debra OInviting from the aspect that I clearly knew it was a UHaul place, and office was clean. It was dark inside and I wouldn't say it was inviting, but employee was very prompt, helpful and professional. Drop off was super easy and location was very easy to find and get to.

Matthew SDo not use this location. It is sleazy. There are many locations better than this one and many closer to my destination, but I was charged less for returning to Ambassador, so I did. Hours were posted to be open, but it was not.
ROBERT NI was charged for 1/4 of a tank, 8.25 gallons more - close to $40 more - for gas than was stated. Very disappointed. Will look for other choices next time.

timothy mCheck the tires for safety matters. I appreciated the fact you were willing to swap out a bad trailer for one that had air in its tires. The general manager seemed to not want to allow the swapping out, he was more concerned about turning a profit and less on customer satisfaction. Please understand that business can't prosper without customer satisfaction.

Luis IWasn’t quite sure where to park but I think we figured it all out. The drop off process was simple and the box easily located. If multiple people were dropping off at this location I would have to have parked in the street. Tucson has a ton of drop off locations though so be sure you have the right one. All in all no issues.
Jennifer CDrove by many open sites to drop off at this closed location. Had issue again with website to close out rental. No one on site, phone wait 45+ minutes in a super sketchy part of town.

Skene BWe first attempted a contactless pick up at the storage center a block away, using a reservation made weeks prior. We spent 30 minutes in the parking lot completing many, many added requirements just to he told my husband's drivers license was cracked, and therefore deemed invalid. After using UHaul many times over 30 years, we were prepared to never give another cent to you. Rodney at Ambassador Auto Care rescued us in our heavily time-constrained situation so that we could move our daughter out of her apartment as needed. I will not have good things to say about UHaul overall or the contactless system.
