There were no workers at this location even though we returned our vehicle during Posted open hours. We had to call regional telephone number and speak to a very helpful agent to leave our rental vehicle at this location.

Complaint. The gasoline fill neck was not connected to the fuel tank. When I tried to fill the tank with gas, it went all over the ground at the gas station. Check your service records to see if the fuel tank was recently worked on. I put the fill tube into the rubber hose leading into the tank in order to put gasoline in, but did not have a screw driver to tighten the worm gear clamp holding the assembly together. I registered this complaint when I returned the truck, and the receiving clerk was professional and well mannered.

Ambassador was fine, I expected to pick up from In Road, was told to go to Oracle instead. Oracle did not have a 26' truck either, so I was sent to Ambassador. 20 miles and two hrs later I was finally able to begin loading, which I did't complete then until the following day. After that the trip went fine, truck was adequate and powerful enough on the hills.

Customer service was friendly, but the truck was not cleaned. I cleaned the dashboard myself with Lysol. Also, it appeared the truck was in an accident and not properly fixed? The passenger door was a bit hard to open. I might recommend this location again provided they start cleaning the trucks.

The location was extremely convenient but it was a bit messy and not well organized. The attendant took no precautions to protect himself or the clients so I was not comfortable with that approach to the COVID situation.

The place was closed as it was on a Sunday so I don't know if it was clean. A man came out and assured us that he would check it in. It didn't get checked in until the next day, but we weren't charged so I was ok with it.

My requested pickup location and equipment were modified without my consent. I requested a 10 ft truck but got a 15ft truck. This was highly annoying. I went to two other locations the scheduler directed me to visit but both were closed. That was even more annoying, but the scheduler gave me a discount for the aggravation. The truck I ended up with didn't work very well. It refused to downshift correctly. This was highly stressful. Checkin guy thought this was a problem with a vacuum seal? Never-the-less I doubt I'll be renting from U-Haul ever again.

Original drop off point was not available So dropped off here. Was not checked in and a month later received a bill for gas My friend and I made sure that we filled it to 3/4 as requested. But still received a bill for $19 5 weeks after we dropped the truck off 1500 mile trip at about 7 miles to the gallon not great

This location was not clean. It was uninviting. The gentleman that helped me was nice. I did not like the location at all.

This was a dump of a place to pick this up. I specifically did not accept the insurance on the online rental agreement and when the final charges came through it included this insurance. I should have looked at it, but I feel this was either the local provider or uhaul working on the theory people don't review these very closely. I believe this a deceptive business and I going on social media to point this out.

I tried 4 sites for dropping off the trailer. All said they had too many already and pointed at another site to try. Eventually back to contact site to make them take it.

Follow the customers reservation request no last minute changes. I made a reservation weeks in advance to pick up at 8 AM. It's hot in AZ this time of year so best to start early. At the last minute my reservation was changed to a location I did not want to use. To make it worse this establishment did not open until 9 AM. I had to wait over an hour and this after driving 2 hours to get there. Trailer was filthy inside. Very bad experience.

Just dropped off the trailer here outside of hours. There was not much space for the trailer to be parked (very difficult to back into a spot), was not clearly marked anywhere, and there appeared to be a homeless person living in a semi trailer adjacent to the UHaul trailers.

This isn't a great location for dropping off larger trucks/vehicles, but the staff was friendly. It was not easy to find staff members because they were in the back working and couldn't hear the door, but when they were available they were nice and professional.

Hi .. well for starters I never received the Furniture pads or the 2 dollies I paid for ... the trailer lights didn't work .. no turn signals or brake lights ... I would like me Credit card account credited foe the $40 dollars I paid ... the pick up point gave ZERO instruction or overview on the Truck and Trailer ...

Somehow my online reservation was "cancelled" when I arrived. This added about 20 minutes to the pick-up process. When re-entering my reservation the agent told me it didn't matter which location in Lake Havasu City he entered, even though I asked for the same one I entered in my original reservation.
