Kevin M.I dropped truck off at 4:55 PM and the place was closed even though supposed to close at 5 PM. When I called to follow-up next day, I was told the truck was checked-in and all. However, I was then billed for not filling up the tank of gas for almost $100 when I had left 1/2 a tank of gas when I was only given a 1/4 tank of gas in Mesa. When I called Ambassador Auto Care to complain, the person there said he could not help but I should a specific number instead of the main number. That number was likely not a UHaul rep since they said someone who call me back and they never did. When I called main UHaul number, they rectified the billing error.
David S.The overnight dropoff procedure with the app really sucks. So tedious, and very slow if your cell connection isnt full bars. Improve the app to not rely so much on cell connection for the flow.
