The location was not clean. The attendant spent the entire time we were in the lobby talking on the phone. They didn't have blankets and had no plan to provide them. I had to travel to a different location to get the blankets. I don't understand why I was sent to this location vs. the Tucson Freeway location which is clean and professional.

ALFREDO GThe experience of customer service for this location was fair as the reservation was for the car dolly only with no insurance. Insurance was added anyway, I was never asked if I wanted it and after the experience I had with the truck I was already 2 hours behind and in a hurry and did not notice it on the contract.
Jeffrey NPick up was no hassle/ drop off was no hassle. It was troubling finding a one-way rental from military base to military base. I had to call the 1-800 number, then directed to a mechanic shop whom just had a auto transport returned.
