Location was closed when returning trailer. Owner said returning rental when location closed was ok but the street address listed (residence) is some distance from the actual return locationMICHAEL G.
Customer service was horrible, I made a reservation, which was changed on me after I have everyone setup to go, screwed the schedule up for about 15 people. Pick up location couldn't access online, so thank you to the gentleman that gave me the truck and didn't screw my entire move. Customer service in the afternoon going into evening was also so helpful. I'm just referring to the customer service people when I called to see why and how my reservation got change, not to mention I originally wanted a pickup location to be Millsboro DE, told no 20' truck could or would be there, then after going a half hour out of my way to the changed to location, I drive right past Millsboro location only to see 2 - 20' trucks sitting there. Unacceptable business the way it was run and the way I was treated. And one last fact, when my reservation was changed, I got charged $30 more than I was told it was going to be, with no explanation!!! Never use Uhaul again and never recommend them.Barry D.

When I picked up the trailer, it had a short in the wires underneath causing fuses to blow in my car. I had to call in an emergency roadside call before I could even take it off the lot. The gentleman uhaul found to fix it was outstanding.Anthony T.

Location is ok the fact that I had to drive 60 miles to pick up my trailer wasn't. This location is just a drop off and pickup location with no maintenance facility so if your equipment comes in damaged it will most likely leave the same way.George M.

This was the second time I made an online reservation to pick up a truck in Millville, DE. two days prior to pickup, the location was changed. If a truck cannot be picked up at a certain location, you should not be able to make a reservation there.chris B.

Paid for appliance,,none in trk...paid one way flat rate when turned trk in they said I went over with miles...I rented it flat rate not miles and only had trk for 5 hours.us they took another 12.50 out of my bank account.Why do companies constantly RIP people off.I would love someone fro. The people at this location are great and very helpful!!!!!!! Once again the 800 number was horrible they said my drop off location was 1 hour and 30 mins from my house in Delaware. I called the 800 number on Friday when I picked up the trailer and the lady I spoke to said there was no way I could drop it off closer but I could tow it back to pa 3 hours away if I wanted to. Finally after calling a few times I was able to drop it Off close to my house. Your customer service on your 800 number is really bad expected for the last 2 people I spoke to, this experience with the 800 number makes me not want to rent from you againMatthew K.

The smartphone pickup is a great tool. The on line chat agent was very helpful. Without her I couldn't have gotten through all the prompts to pick up truck with phone. Probably would have been easier if I had watched the video on how to pick up truck.Gail D.

The address of the location says Swamp Road. However there was nothing on Swamp Rd to indicate it was a U-Haul location or that the actual location was on Dupont Hwy. It was very confusing especially since it was an after hours drop off and no on was at either location. The young lady on the U-Haul Customer Service line was tried really hard to help me out but could not find anyone to verify I could leave the trailer at Dupont Hwy without penalty. Also your Scheduling Center closed at 7PM and this was an after hours drop off which made it equally difficult.Bruce S.
The windshield had been replaced in the truck so it had orange tape outlining the window. Driving down route 50 on our way to DC in the rain the windshield wiper driver side broke. Had to find an automotive place for replacement. Unsafe driving for 25 miles in heavy down pour. Replaced windshield wiper and got back on the road. Make sure vehicle is safe to drive after repairs.Mary B.

note with address that access is on Rt 113; Swamp Rd address is confusing. Also, non-business hours drop-off was no problem once I figured out where the drop box was, but mobile app could not verify location so had to call in to UHaul to check in. It was a bit too frustrating and took some time to figure all of it out.Greg R.

There are trucks on either side of this huge property and both google maps and other map apps out you in the middle. The drop off box is near random sheds for sale yet we parked the truck almost a full block down with the other trucks not even near the drop off box. Hard to find, no clear directions. The shed office had an open sign in the window yet nobody was there and nobody answered phone numbers at 4:45pm.Maggie C.
Have dropped at this location in the past. Easy in and out and convenient. Dropped after hours so have not had opportunity to meet personnel but always receive check in emails promptly. Will also use for pickups when needed.JEREMY B.

Pick up location told us that we could get a day's credit if we returned the truck a day early. We worked VERY hard to return the truck within 24 hours only to learn that policy doesn't apply when driving a truck one way. Exhausted and frustrated having reached a goal that was not worthwhile.Christine S.

I originally reserved a 10ft truck with J S Bennett & Son in Ocean View DE. on Monday, .Even though they knew a 10ft was not available, J S Bennett & Son booked it on the phone with me . I did not know this until I arrived from Maryland to Delaware on Friday and was told I was upgraded to a 15ft. They should has told me a 10ft was not available when I called them on Monday. This cause me much inconvenience. I did not want a 15f!!!!!! Unsatisfactory!!!!!Howard K.

I am a bit concerned over the number of days the trailer is rented for. I only needed it for one day and was told the contract is for 2 days (at AMC Investments). The person, who was helpful at AMC said if the trailer was returned to the drop off location by Saturday I would only be charged one day. I hope this is correct!!!!!!!!!!Dennis K.

Brandt from this location is AMAZING. I was en route to my destination, about 30miles from this place, and 1 hour from my starting location when uhaul redirected me to AMC Investments out of nowhere (uhaul mistake, they told me less than 24 hours before my pick up time where to pick it up) Brandt helped me out SO MUCH going above and beyond to help me fix my pick up time to that afternoon, rather than the next day, so I didn't have to double back to get the truck.. great service. The rental agent had a bad attitude and made little effort to make minor changes to our rental ( renturn location and mileage ). She told us to call the national number to get "them to change things". Which we were disappointed to hear considering we drove one hour to her location because the truck we rented two weeks prior was not avialable in our area.Jesse W.
