I ordered a dozen furniture pads and when I picked up my trailer they had none. That made my move much more difficult. Also, I had my trailer for a total of 6 hours. When I returned it after business hours, the cell signal was poor and I couldn’t do the online return. The next day the app would not allow me to return it because I wasn’t physically at the location. Despite calls to U haul and multiple visits to the dealer, it took them a week to finally handle the return of my equipment. It was much more stressful than it needed to be.
