Juan CThe drop-off is inside of a liquor store, the employee generally directed me where to drop off the trailer and said they would check it in and I would receive an email when it was completed. The check in wasn't completed until late evening the following day, giving me concern that I would be charged for extra time. Luckily I wasn't but I'm not sure if that was because I had to call U-haul directly or not. The store was unresponsive to phone calls and all calls were forwarded to the U-haul call center.
BRYAN DThe directions said it was a convenience mart, wrong, it’s a liquor store. I’m not sure that fits your rental site standards but it doesn’t fit mine. I was made to wait at a counter while the lone clerk waited on liquor buyers. Also, he could not leave his post for obvious reasons so I was on my own to hook up the trailer and test lights etc. Absolutely no loading guidance whatsoever and he even made me walk back outside in the rain/ snow to verify the item number on the trailer he told me to hook up to. Is this how U-Haul does business? Wow! Then to add the last insult the tires were low on air.

Tried charging me for a whole day when I only had the rental for 2 hours. Vehicle smelled of stale cigarettes, and was not maintained at all. I'd go out of my way to rent from a different location.

FRANK PLower your ridiculous price. To rent a 9 foot open trailer to travel 500 miles with a cost of $425 is totally a rip off. That is over .50 cent per mile for a trailer.

UhAul should be ashamed of themselves for participating with such a man. He spoke rudely and didn’t want to close out the transaction before I left. Tried to tell me I owed more money. I will never do business there again.
Melisa WGreat customer service. Equipment in great condition. NOT the fault of the location but, I had just one issue. Online I rented a dolly to move a heavy dresser and I was not available - I am guessing that the previous renter didn't return it.

Sergey ZDrop off area is dark and challenging to access. No help dropping off. Guy was very friendly though. Clean and inviting - it’s a liquor store. Personnel helpful - he knew who I was and told me where to put the unit. Would I recommend - if it’s all that’s open, I guess so.

Simon MTruck wasn't ready. Had a tire sensor prob. Reverse back light didn't work. Took over 30 mins to get truck and I had paid uhaul movers waiting on me. Mobile phone checking out and in was a prob. Guy at counter was texting then answering calls making plans about lions game tht night and taking customers to cash checks. Rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed I lost ALOT of money with movers while he's making his night plans.
Renee PUhaul is the worst service I've ever encountered. First they changed my original truck time from 3pm to 5pm because "my equipment would be available at 5pm." Then when we got there, the equipment wasn't there. They sent me to a different location. 3min after booking that location they called to say it wasn't there either and tried redirecting me 1hour away (saying it was the closest to me) but it wasn't and I had them check a different location. Instead of a 3pm truck time, I ended up with a 6pm truck and instead of 15' they gave me a 10'. This resulted in all my stuff needing to be packed up in 3 separate trips instead of 1 trip. Thus, I was LOCKED INSIDE of our storage unit since I was in there after hours. Cops came, fine was thrown in my face if it happens again. It was humiliating. We were treated like animals for staying 5min too late - which would have never happened if our truck was provided at the correct time, location and correct size.

Robert AVery disappointing transaction with this dealer. Despite the fact that I reserved a van from this dealer, I was told that one was not available so they were substituting a truck in it's place for the same price. Fine. But I had reserved a dozen blankets to wrap our furniture in, a dolly to help move pieces and when we arrived at the dealer, there were no blankets or dolly.They had two days to arrange for the equipment AND there was a larger UHaul dealer less than two miles away but this dealer said "we don't have anything to do with them". The dealer made no attempt to rectify the problem and just left us with a "take or leave it" option. We made do, and luckily moved our furniture without incident but it wasn't because this dealer made it any easier for us.

Christine UThey charged me 5 extra hours which put me over 24 hours which I PURPOSELY was avoiding. They also charged me 20 for gas when I intentionally got gas across the street and checked the contract to make sure it was 5/8ths full as originally shown. A little disappointed with these two things. Otherwise the truck served its purpose.

Kelli PTruck was dirty. My reservation was to include 2 furniture dolly’s and this location had none. They were taken off my bill but I need the dollys to complete the move.

Jay FThe Taylor Touch crew it’s the worst experience I have ever encountered in moving. They helped me load the truck. Then they went off to another job and said they would be back. Then they called me and told me that if I wanted them to come back I would have to pay them an extra $250.00 to come back and finish unloading the truck. They still owed me an hours worth of work and I told them I would take care of them in order to get them to come back and help unload the rest of the truck. I unloaded almost the entire truck myself except for the things that were too heavy for me to lift. They also damaged expensive furniture. Worst experience in moving I have ever encountered.

Austin GThe pickup place is great! Great people to work with! The inside of the truck was a bit dirty.... most likely due to the winter weather. The back of the truck had broken glass on the floor. I told them about it and they mentioned that they would clean it up.

Paulette HOrdered both the blankets and dolly and got neither of them. The back door was frozen shit and it took me thirty minutes of pouring water aty house to get unstuck. Vary disappointed

Kelly MI used this service a year ago through U-Haul and was impressed then, which is why I decided to use it again for my next move... Somehow I got lucky enough to again get my moving services from "Top Notch Movers". I didn't even realize it was the same company I used the first time until they arrived. Brandon and his crew are simply genuine, friendly, courteous, hard working people... And BOTH times now have done a WONDERFUL job and I would recommend them any day of the week and twice on Sunday! Their rates are awesome (I personally think they should charge more) but point blank these guys work their A** off once onsite and I couldn't be more impressed. They literally said to me on any issues "Don't worry, we'll get it done".. And that they did...yet again!! Thank you Brandon and Top Notch Movers!
