I didn’t receive any notice about that and I ended up being an hour off schedule. Was told that it’s happened many times before.

William DThis was my drop off location and the employees were fantastic. They made me feel at ease knowing the truck I dropped off would be fixed before being put back on the road and were very apologetic even though what happened wasn't at all their fault. I would definitely rent equipment from them again should the need arise.

If I have to get a U-HALL again I will go back the the U-Hall in Peru to get it. I would recommend the U-Hall location there because there good people that I can work with.

vicki zYour self check out is totally impossible!!! The locks on the truck was impossible!!! I WILL NEVER GO PICK UP A TRUCK IF IT IS SELF PICK UP!!! We were so overwhelmed by it we couldn’t wait to take the truck back we forgot to put gas back in truck so we were Fined!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!
