Bryan DRenting a U Haul was a must as a single mother with no one to help. It relieved my worries of getting everything moved in such a short time frame. Very easy to rent. The app is a bit tricky and we rented a dolly as well. Other than the dolly not being in the truck it was a great experience! I’d definitely recommend to friends and giving ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ( 5 stars)! Sandra KThe dealer rented me a truck with no oil in it, then after I attempted to call to express this concern, I was sent to voicemail. Within minutes, I didn’t receive a callback, but I did get a text basically telling me it’s not their problem. I felt that was incredibly unprofessional and showed no care at all for the lives of the customers this location is renting vehicles out to.
