Original on line order #23748172 was for pick-up at 10580 Huron St. northglenn. . Got to the store no van no record of order. they sent me up to 113th Huron they had van but still no record of me. every thing turned out OK but ver frustrating on moving dayyKENNETH F.

I used an auto transport to tow my vehicle behind the Uhaul. When I arrived (within business hours) they couldn't find my reservation. I also thought that the location would help me hook up the auto transport to the back of the Uhaul, but they didn't. If I knew this I would have chosen a different company. I received no help and I was left by myself to hitch the transport, place chains under my car, and secure my tires. Though somethings may be intuitive, If customers are expected to do this, please provide a tutorial video that is sent to the customer. I traveled across three states and the entire time I was worried about my vehicle and if it was secured properly. The cost to rent these items is expensive and this would be helpful.DEANDRE T.
I needed the uhaul for a couple of days which is what I selected online and I also was told my storage was free which it wasn't. I could barely understand the people at the store which is why I think this all went sideways. They gave me the estimated mileage and the storage was no where where they said it would be. The mobile pick up process is awful. It took over 20 min to pick up my truck. Much of this information could be provided ahead of time. Mobile pickup should take less than 5 minutes. I won't be doing mobile pickup againDevon L.
When I arrived at this location and went inside I was told that the van was not available because it had a "flat" tire. After being forced to switch to the truck, I went outside and noticed the van sitting there, none of the tires were "flat". I just took the truck as I was in a hurry, but it was dirty both inside the cab and in the rear. The inside was full of dog hair, and trash. When I dropped the car off later, I looked at the van again, the tires were still completely full. The only conclusion that I can come to was that I was lied to about the van, I'm not sure why though. Also, when I originally reserved the van I only opted for the $10 coverage & not the additional roadside assistance. When I was told the van was unavailable, I reiterated that I only wanted the $10 coverage for the truck. Later on when I returned the truck I noticed that I was charged $14. Very frustrating experience overall. This location should not be renting U-Haul trucks.JAMES C.

It took almost an hour for the attendant to figure out the paperwork. Besides not knowing how to complete the process on the computer she had to stop and take care of customers in the store many times during the process. Broken glass shards were all over the bed of the truck.DANIEL R.

Horrible horrible experience. I've rented uhauls before and never had an issue this was literally a nightmare. They didn't have my reservation or the truck had no clue what they were doing didn't speak English so it was hard to even communicate with them. I would highly recommend uhaul NOT use this location to rent uhauls.CORY L.

Hello, I received my invoice and see that there is a $25 cleaning fee tied to my final bill. I have called the location three times that I rented from to dispute this as I cleaned the truck cab and rear of any dirt or debris as well as returned if 6 hours early. The three times I have called I have been told they will get pictures and will call me back, but I have never received a return call so I continue to call back. This is a wrongful charge and it needs to be dropped and my card credited. I have rented from uhaul numerous times and will continue to do so with no issue. The ride share app and process was a pain. Pickup took 45 minutes because the app wouldnt work and refresh itself multiple times. UHaul agent called everyone I put down as a reference for who knows what reason. Picking up the keys from the Northglenn was even worse. People didn't know what was going on. Didn't have the right dolly and was rude when I asked for the furniture pads that WE PAID FOR! After this experience going with UHaul might not happen again.Jason P.

There were a few questions that could've been asked when I checked in online the day before. Also, I had added another person as a driver when I'd checked in the day before and then when we were picking up the uhaul, it said that there weren't any other authorized drivers, which made the process even longer. I also paid for a dolly but was not given one. Overall, a bad experience.Valentino B.

I couldn't self check myself in to get my key. I had to wait for the store to be open the store didn't open until 9ish even though the store hours says they open at 6. U-haul support was very little help in solving my problem and provided me with a phone number that didn't connect to anything. The truck itself was not well maintained. All in all I was able to use the truck and complete what I set out to do. It just wasn't a smooth ride, pun intended You won't have my business again, peace!!Austin F.

I have already left 2 complaints about pick up that took 1.5 hours because the person at the pick up place was not trained, spoke poor English, and the information he had did not match the reservation I made. Uhaul made changes to my reservation without advising me about it which only caused more confusion and frustration during pick up. Eventually I had to do all the computer administration work for him using his computer at the store. The truck was dirty in the cab part. I had also reserved a dolly- it was there either. We also had to go to different location to pick up an auto transport that we had reserved but we're told that we could not pick it up because we had not arrived on time but that's only because 1) uhaul had made pickup time for both equipment in different locations without considering driving time as well as the 1.5 hours that it took us to retrieve our truck. The solution a customer service agent gave us was to drive 45 mins from my house to pick up the auto transport. That was not acceptable. After a bit and asking to speak to someone else, we agreed to pick up the auto transport first thing the next morning which also meant it put me behind schedule to start my cross country move. Also the truck did not have working a/c!! Which meant that we were delayed even further!! While on the road in 110Â° weather 4 hours from our destination the a/c unit stopped working!! We were in the middle of of nowhere we had to drive 2 hours with no a/c in over 100 Â° weather . We drove with our service dog in the cab, so no a/c meant a health hazard to him too. We had to stop several times to buy ice for him and us until we got to a hotel that was relatively close to the auto shop the roadside assistance assigned us to to stay the night because the shop was closed. I was promised hotel and food reimbursement along with gas. (Have not heard back from a manager yet about it) I have moved cross country before with a uhaul competitor and wanted to give uhaul a try this time. I do not plan to ever utilize uhaul for cross country again.Natalia M.
