they charged us for gas. we got the uhaul it was not full however we returned it to the same line the same amount. the lady told us that it was supposed to be returned full it didn't matter where the line was, the uhual was dirty there was trash under the seats. we cleaned it all up so that we did not have to pay a fee and the steering wheel was loose. unsafe. we have rented from this location 3 times in 4 months we have a business. they are 4 minutes from us. however, I will drive 10 minutes and rent from Home Depot.
clemon pThe only issue I had was that we were notified the day before that there was no trailer at our preferred pickup location and that we would have to drive 30 min to get the trailer that we had reserved 10 days prior. Not cool. The owners at both locations were very friendly and helpful other than that.
