Customer service was bad I was overcharged they lied about the mileage and the amount of gas upon returning the truck and I got a $483 charge on my account after I was already charged 60 bucks for the rental. This location will still your money and now I'm going to be getting a hold of the bank to dispute the charges

THERESA SThis was a convenient store for a drop off location. (Zero assistance with equipment) The attendant was very friendly and helpful with processing my return, but there was no assistance available to unhitch dolly and move it to desired location. Equipment was dirty and heavy, so not ideal for a 65 year old woman.

GRAYSON HPicking up and returning on the app was very difficult, there wasn't good service to upload pictures and go to next step, kept loosing service and would have to start over. Took over 20 minutes to pick up and a little more to return. Seriously I could have been in and out in 5 minutes to pick up and return if I could go inside and not use the app. I still don't have my receipt. I had to call customer service to make sure everything uploaded and they know it was returned. Xavier was very polite and helpful. I will never rent again if I have to use the app
Julie HThe truck that we originally picked up had a bunch of junk in the back still when we opened it, so we brought it back and swapped it with a different truck. We did not get the paperwork that showed fuel amount and mileage, but only drove it 41 miles. I put 5 gallons of gas in it before I returned it but was still charged for an additional 2 gallons. I should have taken a picture of the fuel gauge before I left the facility.

ROCKY BThe app had problems when I was trying to pick up the truck. Several times my phone just went black. I had to close the app and reopen it and start over. Also, during the section where I was to record starting miles and any damage, the app kept giving me an error saying the link only works from the app. Well, I was clicking it from the app. So this location may have poor cellular data. Otherwise,, the rental was fine.

John KThis was ok but weird - just some trucks next to a convenience store, kind of confusing. The lady at the store was nice enough, but it was just weird. The real issue was the communication about where I was dropping off and how there were misunderstandings and I was treated rudely. I kept getting texts about changing my reservation or adding to it or towing a trailer, none of which I could possibly accommodate. And then, the part that was important to me - where I could take advantage of the one month free storage (not at all convenient) and where to drop the truck - very poor communication.

The store clerk who ran the U-Haul rental put that I returned the U-Haul truck on 9/06/2024 at 9:47 AM, which is wrongfully 6 days overdue for a U-Haul truck return. The store clerk even offered to take off $30 from my bill if I returned the U-Haul truck at the same location: 11340 Huron St, Northglenn, CO 80234. I never got that refund for $30. I am requesting a full refund of $187.12 as I returned the U-Haul truck the same day at 11340 Huron St, Northglenn, CO 80234 on 8/31/2024 at 3PM

Alexis PI was told by Uhaul to pick up the truck at this location at 6 am on reserve and I get there and the Uhaul app says that I can't and to call the number. I call the number and Uhaul tells me that I can't pick it up because this location is not a 24 hr pickup location . So I spent $24.00 dollars on an Uber to the location and back home because Uhaul sent me to the wrong location. Not to happy with this experiance.Do you think Uhaul will reimburse me for the Uber ride? Probably NOT!! I stil have yet to hear from them.

Robyn TThe truck had less fuel than shown on the paperwork. I added 3 gallons for 5 miles. Truck had sticky handles, and seemed to bog down when driving, even empty. The clerk was not very easy to understand and didn’t confirm my use for a few hours. Overall not a good experience. Very different from my past Uhaul rentals.
Celina MThe person at the desk was extremely rude and downright creepy towards me. The trailer I tried to rent from this location wasn't there and I had to spend TWO HOURS getting it from another location and then coming back to this location to get my vehicle. The truck wasn't clean and is in very poor condition - it needs an alignment and new front end/suspension parts, it idles rough and likely needs spark plugs. The trailer running lights quit working halfway through my trip which made it take an extra day to get to my destination because I couldn't drive at night. I will never use Uhaul again and this place needs to not be a pickup location.

Was sent all over town to three different locations to find one that we could take to Arizona. It put us way behind schedule and I was told I would be reimbursed from the location that turned me away.
shelly pWe were told the gas was at 1/4 of a tank when we picked up and then found out it was actually on empty and had to immediately go to a gas station and fill up. Not knowing milage ect we ended up getting more gas than we needed. Adding to overall cost of the rental unnecessarily. It would be nice if the vehicle had at least a half of a tank at pick up.

Also, the Uhaul app didn’t have me submit information for approval until I was already there to pick up the truck, so I thought it could have done all that at time of reservation instead. Otherwise everything was great!
Kayla DOrdered a dozen of blankets + an applicants holy and there were not there when the moment of the pick up. We had to go to a different location (paid the miles) because they didn’t include it. The self check out is not convenient, very slow process that delay our moving.

martin lWhat should have been a quick and easy mobile pickup, became a long and complicated issue and they wouldn't even explain what the issue was. It took almost a half hour just to get the truck. Until finally they said it was all because I was using the mobile pickup, and I could just go into the store, and after doing so it took 60 seconds. Why would the process be more difficult with modern technology? Why would the process even be significantly different using your phone instead of talking to the person at the counter. What is the purpose of the mobile pickup if it just makes things more difficult and makes the process take longer?
JASON NThe vehicle needs maintenance front end very loose on drivers side. Damage on that side also bumper. Fuel was under a quarter tank when I got it.

Oneway Westminster, CO to McCook, Ne was going to be 350ish the lady told me it would be way cheaper to bring it back to their store and that ending up costing me 550ish. I will be reporting and expect a follow up. I will warn everyone to stay away from this location!
Kenneth MLocation felt unsafe at night Process for returning up truck was unbearably long Because the gas tank was at 25% when I picked it up it was almost impossible to try and return it at 25%. I ended up returning it at 50% because I couldn’t let it get too low but I didn’t want to have to stop multiple times to put a little bit in. This ended up costing me an extra $24
