Kenneth T.When I tried to do the self check in after hours, the program would kick me out every time I tried to go to the step of taking the picture to verify fuel and mileage. I called the help line and the automated voice said wait time of 10 to 15 mins. I waited on hold for 31 mins and there was never an answer. This is the area that needs improvement!!

EDDIE R.It was my fault; but I didn't read the instructions on the phone properly. I think when it asked if I wanted to proceed with a phone transaction, I just thought that meant to put my credit card information in and confirm the date and time. I didn't read further to see that it meant you would get there and no one would be there to help you. Thankfully there was a number on the door the belonged to a previous worker, and she was very kind in getting me the right number to call so we could get our combination to get the key out, and were able to get in the truck. Also the blankets we had ordered were not in the truck, so we had to go to a store in Germantown, TN, to purchase the blankets. Despite all of this, everyone I talked to was very polite, and very helpful, making sure I had what I needed. I would definitely use them again, and I'm sure once this Covid virus is over, things will be even better.

RICHARD T.My experience started out kind of rough. My initial reservation was made 2 weeks in advance and some how it got cancelled out of the system. Now, they are new to this because they were just taking over this site because the other guy who was the Uhaul dealer had closed his business. So what was looking to be a disaster, actually turned out to be the greatest experience I've had with Uhaul. Now moving is stressful anyway, but I had to remember that people are human, so mistakes can happen, but what you can't buy or fake is good Customer Service, and a Love for people; Holly and Bradley had it all. Excellent Customer Service and a genuine concern for me, and in what had transpired. They went out of their way to fix the problems; actually above and beyond. And Holly even ran my contract out to me, because I didn't have transportation to come back. She even made follow up calls to make sure I had gotten to where I needed to be safely, and she even called the other uhaul for me, because they had already started calling me about my return drop off, and I hadn't even left Tennessee yet. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to be treated like Royalty. And because of their care and persistent to make things right I would definitely use them again if needed.
