There were no dollies and no furniture pads as ordered. These were eventually removed from my bill but we had to adjust without the items I requested. I also called this facility before picking up the truck to add a driver, but no one returned my call. Not this site's fault but at check-in the app asked for two confirmation sources which was not expected. Had to call the u-haul number to resolve that.
