If you don't have the extra add-on equipment that's advertised please Inform customer before uhaul is picked up. I needed blankets & dolly & added it when I made reservations nothing was on the truck at the time of pick up.

My experience was pleasant. U-Haul dealer was knowledgeable and friendly.
ANANSA CFirst of all, the location is not accessed by the street address identified in the ads or web site. Second, the car carrier strap tigheners were rusted solid and after loading the vehicle, had to be soaked with rust remover to get them to function properly. Third, and most disappointing, the front left tire looked more worn than the others and on the second day of our trip, the tire failed. It took 3 hours for U-haul to find a tire service that could make it to our location before we could continue on our trip.

NIGEL PWe did find a problem with the roll down door on the trailer after we were finished with it. The roll down door lacked about two inches being able to close. We informed the Uhaul dealer.
Reginald CI had nothing but a positive experience. The lady helped me make sure I had the proper things for my haul and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

AGATHER MI was disappointed in finding out AFTER I rented and returned a truck and paid $360 that I could not get any of my money back since it was a one way trip. I picked up the truck Friday and returned the truck Friday night. When I called to find out about the cost, they tell me that since it was a one way trip that I don't get any of my money back. Well, I have did the same Uhaul rental before and I did get some money back. This was a rip off! I only had the truck for a few hours. Not for two days! This was not explained to me when I rented the truck which was poor customer service. If I had known this I would have chosen another option.
CENTRAL LGreat Customer Service!!! I have left personal items in the truck on 2 different occasions. I call the next business day to let them know and they always check the truck to retrieve the items. Very Helpful and Friendly Staff.
JACQUELYN HWhen I picked up the trailer, the girl came out. That was great. She was very nice and hooked the trailer to my vehicle. However, it had a flat tire when I got home to load a vehicle on the U-Haul car hauler. Therefore, the tires were not checked prior to me leaving
JENNIFER DI dropped the U-Haul truck off at 10 pm on Sunday. The office was closed. I parked the truck next to the other U-Haul trucks and dropped the key in the "U-Haul Key Box".
WADI KThere were no dollies and no furniture pads as ordered. These were eventually removed from my bill but we had to adjust without the items I requested. I also called this facility before picking up the truck to add a driver, but no one returned my call. Not this site's fault but at check-in the app asked for two confirmation sources which was not expected. Had to call the u-haul number to resolve that.

Tommy CI felt like I was over charged and I put $17 to feel the truck up. I order a 2 dolly when I did my application online and the owner didnt carry dollys'. So just felt like it shouldnt have been that costly and with my mileage..

Freda EThe inside of the trailer had muddy footprints all over. But they hooked up the trailer and unhooked quickly and efficiently. I am not happy with being sent to that location though. I made a reservation for a dealer close to my home. A day before I am to pickup trailer I get a call to tell me I have to pickup at a location 25 miles away, which makes it a 50 miles round trip out of the way just to rent the trailer for a total of 100 extra miles in time and gas to pickup and drop off the trailer, and to be told the day before! When I made the reservation I was told the rental would be at the location I specified. It should have been! That was extremely poor customer service.

Kenneth TWhen I tried to do the self check in after hours, the program would kick me out every time I tried to go to the step of taking the picture to verify fuel and mileage. I called the help line and the automated voice said wait time of 10 to 15 mins. I waited on hold for 31 mins and there was never an answer. This is the area that needs improvement!!

ROBIN CI was charged $60 for gas but I had filled it up the night before and the needle was exactly where it had been when I picked it up. I should never have been charged that second time.

EDDIE RIt was my fault; but I didn’t read the instructions on the phone properly. I think when it asked if I wanted to proceed with a phone transaction, I just thought that meant to put my credit card information in and confirm the date and time. I didn’t read further to see that it meant you would get there and no one would be there to help you. Thankfully there was a number on the door the belonged to a previous worker, and she was very kind in getting me the right number to call so we could get our combination to get the key out, and were able to get in the truck. Also the blankets we had ordered were not in the truck, so we had to go to a store in Germantown, TN, to purchase the blankets. Despite all of this, everyone I talked to was very polite, and very helpful, making sure I had what I needed. I would definitely use them again, and I’m sure once this Covid virus is over, things will be even better.
