the truck was reserved for 8am the store didnt open until 10am, then i could not rent the ttruck because it had hole in gas tank i am very mad

The break on the truck was difficult to use and the mirrors couldn’t be adjusted unlike other trucks we had before from Uhaul. The owners were nice but they didn't follow their business hours (they were gone before 4 o’clock and their hours said they’d be open until 6)

MAURICIO LPaid what I thought was going to be $85 to rent a truck for what would have taken a couple hours. Truck had ZERO oil. Meaning the low engine oil light came on 3 minutes after I picked up the truck and despite being in a hurry I stopped and called the office - no answer. Bought a quart of oil with my own money - still wasn’t registering there was ANY oil in the truck. Had to call roadside assistance and waste 2 hours - they put 5 more quarts of oil in. Finally got on my way. I didn’t get reimbursed for the oil I bought even though I downloaded an app and went through the trouble of uploading my receipt - AND as a thank you - I didn’t get a discount… no I got charged ANOTHER $15 for additional mileage. Sigh.

ARTHUR MDon't have much to say about this place as we never interacted with any personnel upon drop off. The shop remained closed for ~4-5 days due to weather, so we just dropped the uhaul off and put keys into drop box. We did get a bill for cleaning as we did not remove the tissues and garbage left from previous renters as we did not want to touch dirty tissues and medications.

Ann AI was very pleased with this location. I made a last-minute reservation online and when I showed up it was all ready. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Would definitely use Again.

MD MI reserved a truck, moving dollies, moving pads and mattress covers from this location. When I went to pick up the truck, there were no moving pads or mattress covers. We had to spend time and money driving to another location to pick up what we needed. I will not be recommending this location to rent from.
Kelly GUnprepared for my reservation. Did not have furniture pads in stock, requiring me to drive to another location to get, delaying my load crew from beginning on time, which cost me an additional hour of their service unnecessarily.

rob mWe only used the drop off service at the Kansas City location, as they were already closed. We did not go inside or interact with personnel there, because we have to choose yes or no for those questions I chose yes. The drop off process was easy to use, and a confirmation email was sent confirming that the return had been completed.

TERENCE MI ordered a dolly for my move which was a $7 additional fee, when I picked up the U-Haul I discovered there was no dolly on the truck. The business I picked up from was closed but I did contact U-Haul customer service. I spoke to Bianca Rosales, Reference Id #4998919.
Aretta BTrying to get checked in on the website was horrible because the WiFi reception in that area of town is bad. And because you have to be within so many feet of the location it was challenging. As I moved further away from the location I could get better WiFi but then I wasn’t close enough

ROBERT MThe only drawback to this location is that it is much farther from our house than the site I originally chose. U-haul changed the location with no notification other than just listing the address in one of the emails they sent. I almost missed the change. The U-Haul APP is TERRIBLE! The location wasn't open at my designated pick up time and I spent 45 minutes trying to get the self-checkout to work with no luck. When the agent arrived he was great to work with and said all my information was in the system already. He didn't know why they wouldn't process it. I wouldn't have mattered as there was a returned truck parked in front of mine, so I would have had to wait anyway.

Mike MThe location was closed during my pick up time and there was no instruction on how to pick up when the location was closed. We came to pick up at 1pm and no one was there. We also requested a dolly and blankets and did not receive those either. We were charged for them though! This was a poor experience and I will not be using this location again.

Tyler JThe vehicle was dirty in the truck cabin, and dog food was everywhere. The truck door was also broken, and I couldn't secure the load in the back because the latch was broken. Items were lost when the door in the back opened up while driving, and I had to buy rope to secure the truck. I had to drive extra miles because the truck wasn't safe to drive on the highway! I went back today to let this location know about my experience, and I was told I needed to contact UHaul to have them credit me for my issues and extra mileage, which will take time out of my schedule to resolve this problem.
