Would have been a 5 star visit except fpr the fact that I used the trailer and returned it the same day and it did not get entered as returned. My bank account got billed and I could not buy groceries that week....

The store I was supposed to turn the truck into had too much inventory and they sent me to a near by store instead. I didn't have any issues other than driving maybe 10 minutes to the other location. Turn in was just a simple leave the keys and I'm done which was nice.

Promised a one day rental if i had the trailer back at the opening of the next morning. Did not happen. Got up early to unload the trailer had the trailer there at 9am thats when this store opened. Did not honor promise. Untrustworthy.

We had to extend our pickup rental four or five times, and this was such a smooth experience and the owners were great to deal with. Would highly recommend this location/owners!

I locked the key in the truck as I have done with other U-Haul dealers. I looked for a key drop and didn't see one . The owner was on the phone and also helping me . I don't remember him telling me about the key . I got a very angry email from him . I told him I assumed they would have a second key . He then sent me another email telling me how ridiculous that was and some more ridiculing . . Then I got my bill 133 .00 for 2 day rental of the pick up truck very little miles and a full tank I also bought insurance I asked him to break it down for me . Another hostel email telling me he charged 30 dollar cleaning fee for the key . I think this is wrong and his attitude was unnecessary. Will never use him again and will tell my friends about this experience . I am a 70 year old woman and did not have a good experience as I have always using U-Haul. I have used them many times over the years.

There were no attendants on Sunday when I dropped the truck off. I wasn’t sure where to park because there were no instructions just a key drop box.

Had to wait on dealer to talk to corporate uhaul guy while standing in 100 degree sun for 15 minutes. Corporate dude should've put the customer first.

The only problem was going to two seperate locations to pick up truck, then to pick up car dolly but it was understandable..You went above to find us what we needed tho even if alittle inconvenient..we appreciate your VERY friendly people at both locations!!

I reserved at 15' truck when I got there I was told they did not have it because it was not returned on time. I asked if she could see if another location had them she called and they told her no and they spent the next twenty minutes talking about the weather and such. After that I was handed the keys and told it was one of the two trucks outside. After taking the entirely too big truck and returning it I see that I was billed extra because it was a bigger truck. I feel they should have honored the rate for the smaller truck being it was not my fault and I assure you I did not want to drive such a big truck

Uhaul can stop price gouging customers just because they can.....I had a price quote from uhaul for $700 for a small trailer and then 3 days later when I was gonna pick it up they changed the price to $1500 because it was in high demand....I think that's bullshit and I will never use uhaul again.......the way covid is affecting everyone and uhaul just takes advantage of it and abuses it.....fuck uhaul!!

I swept out the back and made sure the front had no garbage in it and they still charged me $10 for cleaning. That's bullshit. Don't use this location the lady is a ripoff and she's really a not a nice person.
