I was in constant contact with the owner and he was always kind, courteous and helpful. On a different note…the constant texts and phone calls from U-Haul wanting to know when I was going to be done with the truck was very annoying. I paid to use the truck and returned it when I indicated I would. It was also interesting that when I rented the truck, I indicated that I just needed it for one day yet was charged for two. It was a one way trip and the explanation I was given about the charge for two days was interesting and didn’t make sense. U-Haul used to be better.
MARK WThe truck was low on gas, less than 1/4 tank. Rob said a 32$ credit would be applied of I returned it at 1/4 tank, but no credit was given. Rob told me he gave me 1500 miles - final receipt did not show 1500 miles. The truck was most uncomfortable, and had no cruise control - a base model - tolerable for short hauls, but a nuisance on a long haul. I asked for a hand truck and no haand truck was available unless I wanted to return it to OKC. I will be hesitant to use UHAUL next move.

KIRK VThis isn't a complaint about the facility itself or management. My pickup was as expected and everything was in order. However, the UHAUL system needs to do better. I transferred my order to a Saturday and picked the location that had the truck I needed. The facility did not have the appliance dolly and regular dolly that was part of my order. I didn't find out until I was pulling into the facility on the day of the move. I don't blame management at this facility that they did not have the requested dollys. I do blame Uhaul. We had to scramble and find dollys that were reserved with your company and our move had to be delayed until they arrived. Seriously Uhaul. Do better for your customers and fix your system.

Tina GDON’T Use 24-7 within the uhaul app. It’s terrible. I had to wait 30-45 minutes while an online rep tried to contact an additional member of my family to verify ME. I recommend just using the manned help desk. Much faster. No delays!

Jamal AThe problem was scheduling, not the location. I ordered a 26. I was then moved to a location an hour away (plus an $80 Uber) and got a 20 instead. How hard is it to tell me I had been downgraded? As a special bonus, I got extra mile charges because I had to drive it back to my house. These are simple systems issues. Inexcusable that they cannot be more accurate and transparent.

Barry SI arrived during business hours and there was no one there (11:15 am) even though business hours are listed as 9 am to 6 pm. Personel not helpful. Calling the UHaul 800 number was just as frustrating. Her level of indifference to the problems I was having was astonishing. Basically, UHaul, USuck!
