KIRK V.This isn't a complaint about the facility itself or management. My pickup was as expected and everything was in order. However, the UHAUL system needs to do better. I transferred my order to a Saturday and picked the location that had the truck I needed. The facility did not have the appliance dolly and regular dolly that was part of my order. I didn't find out until I was pulling into the facility on the day of the move. I don't blame management at this facility that they did not have the requested dollys. I do blame Uhaul. We had to scramble and find dollys that were reserved with your company and our move had to be delayed until they arrived. Seriously Uhaul. Do better for your customers and fix your system.
