Do not make this an after hours drop off location. There is not enough room to maneuver the trucks and the 1 parking spot has a very steep incline.Jason P.

Was satisfied with the use of the vehicle however was not pleased that I moved from Midwest city to northwest expressway and council (30 mile of less) and used the truck for 3 hours and had to pay 127 dollars?! To me that over killMatthew O.

I will say the vehicle was already at the storage place I rented from so picking up the vehicle the day of moving was no problem. The application process two days before took over 45 minutes. We tried to return the vehicle on Saturday around 2pm and the storage place closes at 1pm, so we tried to take the truck back to a U-haul shop so we wouldn't incur any other charges. The U-haul shop told us we had to return it to the location we got it because it was an in city tow or they would charge us $300. So we drove back to storage tried to get in the gate but my code didn't work we were already locked out. So we parked the truck outside the storage gate and threw the keys in the night drop box. Was not a great experience with the return of the truck but the truck helped out a lot with moving.JOSH L.
Uhaul was dropped off while office was closed, keys returned through slot in door. It taken back with a quarter of a tank, a little more than what was required. About an hour later I received a call telling me the truck was left with an empty tank and it she would allow me to come put gas in it or I could pay the costs/fees to have them fill it to the required level. I checked with my husband, who had returned the truck and he assured me he had left it with more fuel than was in it when received it. I called at 9 am the next morning and the lady again stated the truck was empty and I could come put fuel in it or pay the agreed to charge to have them do it. I took leave from work and went to the location. The lady, who was walking with a cane, gave me the keys so I could take it to get gas. I got in, started the engine and the fuel gage immediately moved to a quarter of a tank. I got out of the truck and went back inside to tell her it was not empty. I suggested she come out to the vehicle and see for herself. She reluctantly agreed to not charge me the fueling charges and admitted she had been sick and that a friend had checked the fuel gage and told her it was empty.KATHERINE S.
